THE HAFTR DINNERTHON In lieu of our annual Winter dinner this year, HAFTR and the HAFTR PTA have joined forces to host The HAFTR Dinnerthon. The event will be a live telethon in honor of our HAFTR Heroes - our staff, faculty, and administrators and the incredible effort they have put forth in the last few months.

Sunday, January 10, 2021. We expect 3,000+ of
our students, parents, extended family, alumni, and faculty to tune in during our live event as we highlight our divisions, feature our students and their talents, showcase our alumni, and spotlight some special grandparents! A mobile broadcast truck will drive throughout the Five Towns during the event. There will be entertainment, raffles, and Grand Prizes throughout the show!
This past year, HAFTR has worked tirelessly to ensure the health and safety of every one of our students and staff. From the start we have taken this situation very seriously. A lot of hard work behind the scenes from our staff, faculty, and administrators made reopening our school in August a reality. HAFTR has invested significant amounts of time, funding, and resources to provide in-person learning and growth opportunities while keeping our students and staff safe. It is a gift we do not take for granted. Seeing how happy our students are to be with their friends, learning in a safe environment, is our ultimate goal.
THE NEED We still need additional funds to continue providing the HAFTR standard of academic excellence, with the level of safety we have established, and ensure our ability to keep our school open and safe. Partnering with the HAFTR PTA on this event will allow funds to benefit the incredible events the PTA sponsors throughout the year including: teacher appreciation gifts, Yom HaShoah and Yom Ha’Atzmaut programs, Middle School Names Not Numbers, robotics competitions, graduations, chesed projects, Health Week, Purim carnivals, Spring boutique, Mother’s Day boutique, and many more.
All sponsors will receive recognition on air during the livestream as well as on HAFTR’s social media accounts. In addition, each sponsor will receive ads on our mobile broadcast truck and in our school directory.
