Introducing UniPlay Stainless Steel The new Stainless Steel UniPlay units are made of high quality, extremely durable materials and make a perfect centre piece to any play area. All UniPlay units offer organic shapes, smooth curved lines and are full of play values. UniPlay is a modular-based system with many play functions and endless combination possibilities providing endless hours of fun and excitement. Our UniPlay structures can combine climbing nets, slides, games, climbing walls, tunnels and playground spinners. Each structure is designed to immediately capture the attention of children and provides a healthy way to learn and exercise while feeling pure excitement. It offers varied levels of challenge from basic exercise to more challenging activities for the more adventurous.

Why Choose UniPlay Steel? HAGS UniPlay units are now available in two types of steel: Powder Coated and Stainless Steel. Furthermore, our standard units in Stainless Steel come with HPL decks with frames that have a 120mm thickness. The rivets have been replaced with screws which make it easier for installation and getting replacements.

Materials and Colours Steel Posts The posts form a crucial part of the main structure so it is important that they are highly durable, reliable and safe. We now have posts available in stainless steel as well as powder coated steel and the original timber options.

The steel option has a sleek, contemporary look and can be used to complement modern architecture. It is also low maintenance and very durable, which makes it suitable for challenging environments.

HPL Panels HPL panels are key for attracting children to the unit. Whether you need natural or bright colours, our panels come in a slatted design in red, green and brown and are an ideal match for the UniPlay structures.

Stainless Steel Stainless steel is a combination of iron and alloy elements such as chrome and nickel. It has a smooth aesthetically pleasing finish and offers excellent resistance to corrosion.

Powder Coated The finishing process starts with grit blasting the steel to remove any imperfections and provide a strong mechanical key. A zinc-epoxy coat is then applied to provide corrosion protection and to improve the adhesion between the steel and top coat. The finishing coat of polyester colour powder is added to give a smooth look and long lasting quality.

HPL Decks

Did you know... ...there is a 25 year guarantee on structural steel. ...powder coated paint is environmentally friendly and the powder is fully recoverable, easily cleaned away and doesn’t contain solvents. It also complies with all current and proposed environmental legislation. ...steel is entirely recyclable and can be sold to third party contractors at the end of its life

The UniPlay decks come in either square or triangle shapes and are made of HPL material. They are available in black and are hard wearing with a nonslip surface.

Roofs The HPL roofs are solid and durable. The roofs’ outer colour is black while on the inside they are white, which creates a surprisingly bright atmosphere within. HPL Roof - Sail

All roofs attach to posts via a steel tube with steel plate.

This playground classic appeals to all ages. Our steel slide has a contemporary wavy style for a smooth and exhilarating descent.

The plastic glider offers a thrilling surprise and is the perfect versatile alternative to a slide. Children can control the speed of their descent using the finger grips along the rim.

An attractive Eco-Grip curved entrance with double slats for steps offers varying degrees of challenge.

The Globe Curved Protection Bars

This unique stepping stone brings something new and different to any play space. Made of 100% recycled plastic and provided with 2 curved hand rails.

Several friends can tackle this traversing climber together. With its S-shaped top bar and gently moving ropes, kids get an age appropriate challenge that builds strength and co-ordination.

These aesthetically pleasing railings add curves and added security to the units. They are designed to complement our curved climbing walls and balconies.

Extends the platform and offers a look out point, adding an attractive curve to the unit.

Trick Ladder

Triangular Net

Tackle the net from all angles, testing mental agilty and co-ordination – or just hang out on it! Plastic coated chain for comfort and safety. Can be used as a stand alone unit.

One for the courageous! Durable tubing has been specially designed for a child’s hand to grab and hold. Users can also hang onto the ladder from below.

The Manet

Five climbing ropes are suspended from a curvy top bar. The ropes move gently from side-to-side for a fun climbing challenge. This component can be a link between towers.

Telescope

More role play fun: children imagine being the captain of a besieged ship or even a pirate – “land ahoy!” A kaleidoscope is built in for added fun and adventure.

Talk Tubes

Send secret messages across the play space! Talk Tubes work across varied levels, allowing children to “throw their voices” to a friend at the linked tube. Two tubes are required.

Ground Anchoring The UniPlay family has an anchoring system that is designed for durability. The pole mounting structure lifts the unit about 10cm above the ground to protect all parts against moisture. There are four different ways to anchor UniPlay:
