Eric is a piggy. This is his home. It’s far from the city. Today is Sunday. It’s a sunny day and Eric is excited because it’s Donna’s birthday party. Donna is Eric’s best friend and she’s a piggy too.

Eric starts dressing, but he cannot find his clothes. The room is a mess! - Mom, where’s my new T-shirt? – he asks. - And where are my blue jeans? … And where, oh where are my red trainers? I cannot find them! - says Eric.
9 - You cannot put on your new clothes because you are very dirty. Go to the bathroom and take a bath! - Says Mom. Eric doesn’t like taking baths, but he wants to wear his new clothes for Donna’s birthday party.

Mmm ‌ Eric smells nice now! He goes to his bedroom and puts on his new T-shirt, his blue jeans and his red trainers. He looks great!
12 Donna lives in a big house near the park. Ding dong! the bell rings and Donna asks: Who is it? - It’s me, Eric! Donna opens the door and greets her friend. - Happy birthday, Donna! This is for you… - Oh, thanks, Eric! It’s a beautiful umbrella! Come in and let’s have fun!
14 Donna and Eric are in the garden now. Look, there's a big birthday cake on the table. And... how many candles can you see? Everybody's having fun. Some piggies are dancing, some are singing and one is playing the guitar. At nine o'clock Donna gathers her friends around the table.

- Make three wishes, Donna! Donna shuts her eyes and makes three wishes. Nobody knows what wishes she makes. It’s a secret. Foooh! she blows the candles. Happy birthday, you are seven years old now!
My birthday party
Kankoo has got long legs because he jumps a lot. And look at his tail: it’s long too; isn’t it? He’s a funny animal; he’s a kangaroo. Kankoo lives in Australia and he works as a postman. Most people write e-mails, but there are some people who write letters, postcards or telegrams, so Kankoo delivers them all.
- Hello, sheep Amanda! This letter is for you. It’s from your old friend Roberto. - I haven’t got my glasses. Can you read it for me, please, Kankoo?
- The letter says:
Dear Amanda ’ I’m going to Argentina for my holidays. It’s a very long trip and lots of sheep live there. Can you lend me your camera? Mine is very old. Write to me soon! Love Roberto ’
Benny Crocodile is sleeping near the river. - Hey, wake up!- says Kankoo. Here’s a telegram for you. - Thank you very much, Mr. Postman! Benny opens his enormous mouth … and doesn’t read the telegram. He starts eating it! You crazy crocodile!

It’s getting very hot and Kankoo sits under a tree. The sun is very strong in Summer in Australia. Debby Deer comes near Kankoo and asks: - Mr. Postman, is there a letter for me? Let me see… oh, yes, here you are, Debby! Oh, it’s from my boyfriend!- Debby shouts.

The letter says:
Dear Debby ’ I miss you very much. In January ’ after Christmas Santa Claus is giving me ’ permission to visit you. Do you miss me too? Many kisses ’ Rudolph Debby is excited. Such good news! Her boyfriend, Rudolph the reindeer, is coming to visit her very soon…
24 But look at poor Kankoo: he’s feeling very tired! His bag is empty now. He has no more letters to deliver, so he’s going home! Bye, bye, Kankoo! Good job!
My favourite wild animal
Who has big teeth and a pink nose? Who has a short tail and green eyes? Who has soft hair and big feet? It’s Roberta, the Rabbit! It’s a lovely afternoon. The sun is bright and the grass smells great! Roberta starts running on the green grass and… oh, no, she gets lost!
Red Bird, where’s home? - asks Roberta - I’m lost! But Red Bird is singing and he can’t listen.
29 Black Horse, where’s home?- asks Roberta - I’m lost! But Black Horse is eating and doesn’t listen.
30 Roberta feels very sad. It’s getting late and she wants to go home. She doesn’t know what to do. Some butterflies see her and they want to help her. - What’s the matter, Roberta? - asks Becky Butterfly? - I’m lost! Show me the way home, please!
31 Becky Butterfly is very clever and she wants to help Roberta, so she says: - I’ve got my wings and you’ve got your legs, so follow me and I’ll show you your way home.… and off they go.
When they get home, Mom is standing at the door. -Thank you, Becky! – she says. Mom isn’t angry with Roberta, so everything is all right now.

When Roberta is in bed, and before falling asleep, she tells her Mom: someday I will be a famous runner, you wait and see‌

That night she dreams she’s a famous runner and wins all the races. Isn’t that great? And when you’re twenty years old, what would you like to be?

Hi, boys and girls! This is Brad. He’s a little, white mouse. He likes cheese and he likes bread too.

This is Mia and those are Grandpa and Grandma... but‌ where’s Baby sister? Oh, there she is, next to Tic Tac! Tic Tac is a brown, fat cat. He likes to sleep on the big sofa.

Baby sister wants to play with Tic Tac, but the lazy, fat cat is sleeping on the floor.

Oh, oh, Brad is going to the kitchen. He’s hungry. Is there any bread and cheese for Brad? No, of course there isn’t! Inside the kitchen Mom is cooking spaghetti. All the family likes spaghetti, but Brad doesn’t. Suddenly, Mom discovers Brad!

- Help, Grandpa; help, Grandma! there’s a mouse in the kitchen! Mom is very scared, and Grandpa and Grandma are scared too, so they can’t help Mom. - Mia, come quickly!- says Mom- there’s a mouse in the kitchen! but Mia is also scared. - Wake up, Tic Tac! There’s a mouse in the kitchen! The cat opens his eyes, but goes on sleeping….

Mia and Mom go outside and shout: Dad, there’s a mouse in the house! Where’s Tic Tac?- asks Dad
- Come on, you lazy cat, go and catch him!. Tic Tac opens his eyes, stands on his feet and goes outside. But he can’t see Brad. Can you see him? Oh, look, there he is! Brad is a clever mouse and Tic tac is a silly cat. No milk for you today!
