Communication Guidelines for Luxury Marketing Packages

We ask that all clients follow our requested methods of communication for Marketing Package process and revisions. We have a few designers working to complete your package. Streamlined communication is essential to completing your marketing package in the timeframe and at our Halcyon level of quality

INITIAL DISCUSSIONS

We are happy to discuss the initial details and inquiries about your Luxury Marketing Package via:

TUES-THURS PACKAGE COMMUNICATION

To helps our team keep track of discussions, revisions, and project details effectively, we ask that all communication regarding your Marketing Package be conducted via:

• REVISIONS | THURSDAYS ONLY Most of our clients request few to no revisions. For clients that do request revisions, please plan for our revision/reviews to be on Thursdays. Delay in revisions will result in delayed completion of your package.Two rounds of revision via a feedback form are included in your package. Any additional revisions are billed at $75/hour.

VACATION + WEEKENDS

We do not work on on weekends or during vacations. Maintaining a healthy worklife balance is important for our team's creativity and well-being. If extenuating circumstances occur and our schedule permits, we may offer to work these hours at an additional rate of $500 per day.
