MENTOR AGENT PROGRAM AGREEMENT Keller Williams’ goal to is to support newly licensed agents so they will develop the necessary skills and experience to be successful in your real estate career. We have developed a Mentor Program (“Program’) for you to work directly with a producing associate to guide you through the many facets of a real estate transaction and to mentor you in developing the skills you need to be successful. The goal of this Program is to assist you in your personal and professional growth through increased production, increased confidence and improved client interactions, as well as involvement in the Market Center. For this Agreement, the parties shall be the “Mentor” and the “Agent”
OVERVIEW a. Newly Licensed Agents joining KW Park City Keller Williams Real Estate (KWPC) automatically enroll in the Mentor Program for their first three (3) transactions upon completing the Ignite training program. b. The Mentor will be a point of contact for the Agent. c. Agents who are a member of a team can choose to participate in the Program and attend all the training that the Mentor provides if the Team Lead has approved this and indicated how commission splits will be handled during the Program.

Hold Agent accountable for mutually agreed upon goals (from Agent’s Business Plan and 4-1-1). Encourage Agent to have a positive mindset and mentor them to their highest potential. Assist the Agent with strategies in working with buyers, sellers, lead generation and objection handling. Role play with Agent weekly, individually or in a group to offer support and encouragement. Encourage Agent involvement at both on-site and off-site training events. Provide additional consulting as deemed necessary by Mentor. Assist Agent with follow-up from training (scripts, homework, etc.). Review and assist in completing applicable forms related to the applicable transactions.
Mentor also agrees to make a reasonable effort to be available to Agent for all purposes above mentioned. Mentor further agrees that all discussions or information exchanged between Mentor and Agent shall be considered confidential.
AGENT AGREES TO: a. Meet in person for regularly scheduled appointments session to cover and review items as outlined in this Agreement. b. Arrive to scheduled appointments on time and prepared for scheduled activities. c. Participate in Market Center training events (office & regional) deemed appropriate by Mentor. d. Allocate sufficient time for working with buyers, sellers and lead generation. e. Have resources available for lead generation and prospecting and develop a daily routine. f. Agree to be held accountable for mutually established goals.

Communicate openly and honestly with the Mentor. Follow Mentor’s recommendations and complete activities deemed necessary by Mentor. Be sensitive to Mentor’s existing business by being on time, scheduling appointments with enough lead time and being fully present during all meetings. Have fun and enjoy the journey!
FINANCIAL AGREEMENT FOR AGENTS IN THE PROGRAM: Mentor will earn referral fees for their services as follows: • • •
35% of Agent transaction side after Company splits on the first transaction 30% of Agent transaction side after Company splits on the second transaction 25% of Agent transaction side after Company splits on the third transaction
Extension: Mentor and Agent may agree to extend this arrangement at any time by addendum to this Agreement. If the Agent terminates their relationship with KWPC, this Agreement shall remain in effect and be binding for the transaction(s) that are pending at the time of termination.
