Head: Beginning at nose, chain 2. Round 1: 6 sc in second ch from hook. Round 2: [Sc in each of next 2 sc, 2 sc in next sc] twice – 8 sc. Round 3: Sc in each sc around. Round 4: [Sc in each of next 3 sc, 2 sc in next sc] twice – 10 sc. Round 5: [Sc in each of next 4 sc, 2 sc in next sc] twice – 12 sc. Round 6: Sc in each of next 3 sc, 2 sc in next sc; repeat ~ around 15 sc. Round 7: Sc in each of next 4 sc, 2 sc in next sc; repeat ~ around 18 sc. Round 8: Sc in each of next 5 sc, 2 sc in next sc; repeat ~ around 21 sc. Round 9: Sc in each of next 6 sc, 2 sc in next sc; repeat ~ around 24 sc. Rounds 10: Sc in each sc around. Round 11: Sc in each of next 7 sc, 2 sc in next sc; repeat ~ around 27 sc. Round 12: Sc in each of next 8 sc, 2 sc in next sc; repeat ~ around 30 sc. Round 13: Sc in each of next 9 sc, 2 sc in next sc; repeat ~ around 33 sc. Round 14: Sc in each sc around. Round 15: Sc in each of next 10 sc, 2 sc in next sc; repeat ~ around 36 sc. Round 16: Sc in each sc around. Round 17: Sc in each of next 11 sc, 2 sc in next sc; repeat ~ around 39 sc. Round 18: Sc in each sc around.


Round 19: Sc in each of next 12 sc, 2 sc in next sc; repeat ~ around 42 sc. Round 20: Sc in each of next 5 sc, sc2tog; repeat ~ around 36 sc. Round 21: Sc in each of next 4 sc, sc2tog; repeat ~ around 30 sc. Round 22: Sc in each sc around. Round 23: Sc in each of next 3 sc, sc2tog; repeat ~ around 24 sc.

Start stuffing Head with polyester fiberfill. Round 24: Sc in each of next 2 sc, sc2tog; repeat ~ around 18 sc. Round 25: Sc in next sc, sc2tog; repeat ~ around 12 sc.

Finish stuffing head. Round 26: Sc2tog; repeat around. Fasten off.

Ears: Chain 2 Round 1: Sc 4 in 2nd ch from hook. Round 2: 2 sc in each sc – 8 sc. Round 3: Sc in 1 sc, 2 sc in next sc] 4 times – 12 sc.

Fasten off, leave a length of yarn and sew to head.

Antlers - large (make 2): Chain 2 Round 1: Sc 4 in 2nd ch from hook. Rounds 2-21: Sc 4 in each sc.

(Stuff as you go along.) Fasten off, leave a length of yarn

Antlers – medium (make 2): Chain 2 Round 1: Sc 4 in 2nd ch from hook.


Rounds 2-11: Sc 4 in each sc.

(Stuff as you go along.) Fasten off, leave a length of yarn

Antlers – small (make 2): Chain 2 Round 1: Sc 4 in 2nd ch from hook. Round 2-7: Sc 4 in each sc.

(Stuff as you go along.) Fasten off, leave a length of yarn ×Before attaching the antlers together, take wire and string through the antlers one at a time, cut excess off before sewing. ×Sew the medium sized antler to the inside of the large at ~9th st. ×Sew small antler to bottom of the large at ~ 18th st. Once sewn together, attach the antlers to the side of the head, making sure the ears are on the outside. Adjust with wire until you have the desired position for the antlers. Use fabric glue to glue onto your wood and let sit for ~12 hours.
