Graduating from UCLA in 2008 he acquired his Bachelors Degree in History while also acquiring his minor in business economics. She studied Psychology at Santa Monica College before obtaining her Real Estate License in 2006 at the age of 18, she has been actively working in Residential, Income and Commercial Real Estate for over 9 years, specializing in distressed sales. Celeste is involved with different types of creative Real Estate, with great connections to distressed sales, working with Banks notes, off-market and REO properties. She is well rounded in building, fixing and flipping houses in the greater Los Angeles area, also having good experience with property management. Celeste is also will experienced in the Entertainment Industry, being an Emmy-Nominated producer for THE BAY The Series with her own production company LANY Entertainment. Celeste is very proactive in the Real Estate Industry, with a large rolodex of buyers and sellers she is confident she can help the deal go through! Joilee Havner holds a B.A. in Mass Communication from North Carolina A&T State University.
