ABOUT WOMEN IN AVIATION TRAINING Women in Aviation Training (WiAT) is an initiative focussed on providing practical ways to support women in the aviation training industry. The program is dedicated to encouraging and advancing women from all fields of occupation, whether they are a pilot or instructor, a student, work in management or administration, cabin crew training, below wing or maintenance functions. We welcome contributions from anyone in the training field, from Airlines and ATOs/ Ab Initio, Academic and Regulatory, OEMs to Industry Providers. WiAT brings together a community of motivated individuals to support and encourage growth and ambition and empower change. We offer guidance and tools, through experiences and stories from fellow professionals, share insights, facts and information from within the industry, and provide a forum to network and share, with the intention of providing every member with a community network and a useful toolkit of information to fulfil their personal goals. We achieve this through dedicated sessions at our events and through a dedicated community forum.

JOIN THE WiAT COMMUNITY
A large part of our WiAT program begins with our community forum! Our online platform is for individual and group discussions, for hosting one-on-one or shared meetings, and for webinar presentations. It is also a repository for valuable reports and insights received from the group. There’s a lot to look forward to in 2024. The WiAT Forum is a closed group environment, where all members can discuss openly and freely about topics important to them. All members adhere to a code of conduct which is non-judgemental, non-discriminatory and endeavours to encourage and motivate through a positive, constructive and practical approach. To join the WiAT Forum, simply visit www.halldale.com/WiAT and become part of the community.
