In order to gain the most benefit from it, please note the following: - Exercise particular care and follow instructions whilst cutting the roofing felt. If it is cut incorrectly, additional roofing felt can be inexpensively purchased from most good DIY retailers or garden centres. - Most buildings are pre-treated with a factory base coat for protection during storage and transit. We recommend that you treat your new building as soon as possible after assembly, using a wood preservative treatment. Place the OLWS318PP (plain panel) onto the OLWS318FL (floor) and flush against the OLWS318RHSP(right hand side panel). Secure the panel in place using 3x70mm screws.

Place the two OLPWS318FL (floor sections) together so that the battens are all running in the same direction. Secure together using 3x70mm screws, screwing down diagonally into the battens on the opposite (floor section)

C B When the frame of the building is complete and square. Secure the panels to the floor using 2x70mm screws. Use 3x70mm screws for both the right and left hand side panels. Take care to screw into the battens underneath.

Batten Above Window
Sit a 57120655PARPTR (sill) along the bottom of the window space, on the OMPWS318WP so that it is tight against the edges and flush on the sides. Secure this in place with 2x25mm screws. Place two 57120761PARPTR vertically on top of the 57120655PARPTR, again making sure that these are flush on all sides. Fix in place using 2x25mm screws for each. Place another 57120655PARPTR in the top of the window opening and secure in the same manner using 2x25mm screws. Repeat this step for all.

E Place the SANW6905803 (Window) into the WS0WFBI (Frame). Similar to step ‘D’ place the Glazing strips (15120669PTR &15120573PTR) against the SANW6905803 so it is all tight in the WS0WFBI. Making sure that this is tight and the SANW6905803 is secure fix the Glazing strips in place with 3xPanel Pins each.
Fix 2x63mm hinges to the completed Window assembly as shown, using 2x25mm screws per hinge. Offer the Window assembly into the window space and secure in place by screwing the hinges into position using 3x25mm screws per hinge.

Secure the casement stay to the window assembly using 2x25mm screws. Making sure the window is closed, mark the positions for the casement pins and secure in place using 2x25mm screws per pin.
K K G Place the 45281465PARSPTR (drip strip) above the windows as shown. Make sure there is clearance for the windows to open. Secure by using 4x70mm screws taking care to screw into the batten on the reverse of the panel.

I Place the 28281770PTR (batten) against the end of the SMOMDRPTR, on the inside so that it pushes up against the frame work of the door. Secure in place by screwing through the (batten) into the framework as shown, using 3x50mm screws.

Fix the tower bolt to the top and bottom of the (batten) using 4x25mm screws per bolt. Mark the position of the bolt on the top and bottom battens of the door frame and drill a recess for the bolt to locate.

H Fix three tee hinges to each of the doors (SMOMDRPTR) and (LGOMDRPTR). Screwing into the battens of the door, using 4x25mm screws per hinge. Offer the doors into the OLPWS318DP. Making sure that the door is level and has sufficient clearance at the top and bottom, fix the hinges to the side batten of the door frame using 3x25mm screws per hinge.

J Attach the 150100020PARPTR (lock block) to the (large door) screwing from the outside using 2x35mm screws. Make sure that the block is sat on the central door batten and is positioned squarely. Escution Lock block
K Position the Rim Lock on the lock block, mark the position of the holes for the spindle and the keyhole and the pre-drilled the holes. Make sure that there is enough room for key to move easily.

Secure the lock in place using 3x35m screws. Secure the handles to the spindle using a Grub Screw for each. Close the doors and Line up the catch plate and fix in place using 2x35mm screws. Make sure that the catch plate is positioned so that it will hold the door shut. On the outside of the door place the Escutions over the hole and secure in place using 2x25mm screws.

M Place the OMPWS108RFS (roof sections) onto the shed as shown so that they both sit on the framing of the shed with equal overhang on the front and back. Once the (roof sections) are positioned, secure them to each other using 2x70mm screws through the two central battens. Secure the roof to the building by screwing through the roof boards into the top of the shed framework using 14x50mm screws per roof section, as shown.

L Place the 57121865PARDTR , 57122120PARDTR (corner strips) so that they are flush in the corners where the panels meet and cover the joins on the back as shown. Secure each in place using 3 x 30mm nails. (x 26) K K O
Place the 4x 80121584PARDTR and the 2x 80121920PARDTR (barge boards) against the end of the roof sections as shown. Make sure that these are flush and are square in the corners. Secure all using 30mm nails 80121920PARPTR

80121584PARDTR = 4x30mm nails 80121920PARDTR = 5x30mm nails Once the barge boards are secure. Trim off any excess felt that might be sticking out from under them.
K K N Unroll the 3x85065 an place over the top of the shed as shown. Make sure that there is sufficient overlap on all sides. Secure the felt in place using the felt tacks provided, spaced approximately 150mm apart.
