Place the sections on to the floor as illustrated. Fix them to each other using 3 x 50mm screws for each panel.

Fix the doors into the door panel using 2 x hinge for each door. Secure using 30mm screws.

Once all the panels are secured to each other and positioned squarely on the floor, secure them to the floor using 16 x 50mm screws.


Fix the left and right gable to each other using 2x50mm screws. Repeat the step on the Truss. 6 x50mm screws

You will need to trim the Strips for the front of the building to allow for the positioning of the deck

Fix the HM angled boards to the assembled Truss as shown. Make sure these are flush and secure in place using 2 x 30mm nails for each batten they cross. 28x30mm nails

Place the Cover Strips over the joins of the panels. Make sure each strip is flush and secure into position using 3 x 30mm nails.

Place the completed Gables onto the end of the building making sure the overhang is correct. Secure to the top of the panels using 4 x 50mm screws. Position the Truss as illustrated, 1152mm from the Gable, on to the building. Fix in place by screwing up through the building frame work using 2 x 50mm screws for each end. 12x50mm screws

Using the Z’ plates provided, secure one to each end of the battens. Position these as shown and fix to the Gable and Truss using the reverse of the Z’ plate. 32x25mm screws 16 x Z’ plates

Place the strips over the joins of the Gables to the side panels. Make sure each strip is flush and secure into position using 3 x 30mm nails. 2 x 30mm nails for the small strip 16 x 30mm nails

Position the 5x620mm deck boards as shown. Place the remaining deck boards on top of these to the pattern below and secure at each end using 2 x 50mm screws.

Using the Rail as a guide, position the post on the deck so that it is underneath the Gable. Use 2x70mm screws to screw down through the gable into the post. Place a corner brace against the inside of the post at the base and secure it to the post and the deck using 4 x 30mm screws.

Fix the 1116mm strip at the bottom of the door way so it is flush on all sides and does not create a trip hazard. Fix using 3 x 30mm screws.

Use a 900mm board as a guide and fix the 535mm angled boards at the top and bottom. Secure using a corner brace, fixed to the angled boards and the building using 4 x 30mm screws for each.

Secure the other end of the angled board to the post using a 1 x 50mm screw. PLY 12195539PLY

Fix the 900mm boards to the angle boards, spaced out evenly, using 1x30mm screw each end. 12x30mm screw

Place the two 553mm pieces of Ply board up against the underside of the Truss and Gables. Fix each board into place by screwing at both ends using a single 25mm screw. Repeat the step for the back of the building with the 88mm pieces of Ply board. 8 x 25mm screws

Place the rail on top of the angled board and fix in place using 2x50mm screws. 4x50mm screw

16 Place each of the large sheets of Ply board on to the building as shown. Screw each board into position, making sure that the screws locate in to the battens underneath.

Place the first layer of shingles in reverse and fold it over the edge. Fix these in place using the tacks, spaced approximately 150mm apart. Place the remaining layers so that they overlap as shown.

The boards must overhang to the dimension shown in the boxes below. 40x25mm screws

16a To cover the apex you will need to cut some of the shingles into theIr individual squares. Place these across the apex so they overlap each other 50mm. Secure using the tacks provided.

Fix each batten to the under side of the Ply board by screwing through the board into the battens using 2 x 25mm screws for each. Make sure the battens are flush on all sides.

Fix the barge boards in place using 4 x 25mm screws for each making sure that you screw into the battens and not the Plyboard. 32 x 25mm screws

Opening Windows

Fix 554mm boards at the top and bottom of the window. Make sure that they are flush and in line with the cover strips. Secure each in place using 2 x 25mm screws 12 x 25mm screws

Select two of the windows that you want to be opening windows. Fix two of the cranked hinges against the top of the window using 2x30mm screws to fix the inner part of the hinge. Position the window in to the window panel and using another 3x30mm screws fix the hinge to the panel.

Place the relevant glazing in to the doors and windows. Place the beading against the glaze as shown making sure it is flush and secure each piece using the glazing pins provided. Use 14 x G pins for each window and 24 x G pins for each door. Protect glazing when fixing the beading 90x 25mm Glazing Pins

Place the remaining window into the window frame. Use 6x60mm screws to secure each window. 6 x 60mm screws


24 22 Fix each of the 554mm shaped battens above the windows. Place the battens above the opening windows first and make sure that there is enough room so the window can open properly. Fix the batten in place screwing diagonally down through the top using 2x50mm screws. Repeat the step for the others. 6 x 50mm Screws.

Using the screws provided with the casement stay. Secure the stay to the opening window and the pins to the window sill.

Place the lock into the recess on the door. Insert the spindle and make sure it lines up correctly before fixing the lock in place using the screws provided. Place the handles against the door, again making sure that it is all lined up and secure using the screws provided.

Catch can be changed by pulling it and twisting

Make sure the position of the catch plate lines up correctly with the lock on the opposite door. Place one screw in the top and pencil around the gap. Take the plate off and chisel out the recess. Fix the plate into position using the screws provided.

Position the Barrel Bolt at the top and bottom of the door, so that the bar locates over the beading correctly. Fix in place using the screws provided.

Fix the door beading around the entrance of the door making sure that it is all flush with the inside of the framework. 24 x 25mm Glazing pins

Place the 56x12x1775mm strip over the front of the doors so that it covers the join between them. Make sure it is flush at the top and bottom and secure to the left hand door using 3x25mm screws.

27 Open the door to the desired position when secured. Mark the positions and fix the Hook and Eye in place using the screws provided.
