COMMERCIAL & INDUSTRIAL • Securing outline approval for Employment uses • Applying for New Buildings • Change of use of existing buildings Here are some examples of recent successful Commercial planning applications: • Approval for a 40 bed Motel at Tern Hill, Shropshire. • Secured consent for change of use of 59,000 sq ft of buildings to B1/B8 Comercial use and a Certificate of Lawful use at Rodenhurst Business Park, Rodington, Shrewsbury. Halls subsequently sold the property following planning consent approval. • Achieved B1/B2 and B8 planning consent for 18 acres adjoining Ellesmere Business Park
