I regard this action as my elegant pleasure. Being more active through Scout's activities. The Morse Code seems not to be used widely now but when I learn it, I find I have been improved my ability of reaction fastly. We often have some small conferences talking about "hot topics" too. I become more self-confident through sharing my opinions and much more goodlistening to others' idea…

Activities Outdoor activities to celebrate The Foundation of Youth Federation 26/03 of High school.

Your Role Keep my class in rules (It means that I have to keep the members not to break the school's discipline).

Key Learning Points If you want the others to obey the rules, make them understand the rules first. Sometimes we need to break the law ! It sounds funny but it is true. Do you know how interesting it is?

Singing and dancing can help us blow off stress easily. If you never stand in the stage and perform in front of many people, it will be a big pity in your life. It is exciting and worth being experienced. It is the platform for you to dream of shining somedays. Living for others is funnier and happier than living for yourself. It sounds old, but I have to say that we need to know how hard the others are so that to treasure things we have.

Part I: Membership Questions 1. Proactive Learning What are your 3 strengths & weaknesses? Please tell us how you utilize your strengths and improve your weakness.

3 Strengths Positive attitude

Ability to travel by any kind of transportstations including long trip on foot.

Extremely patient

3 Weaknesses Easy to satisfy about myself Time control

Hard to concentrate on something

Your strength utilization I can keep my head held high in failure so I feel like I am not scared of anything. Therefore I have enough brave to do anything (good aspects). Every have free time I walk around the city and enjoy a sightseeing trip. Sometimes I travel by bus. So I have remembered most of main streets in HoChiMinh City. I have travelled in long journeys by bus, train, boat. I have tried ferry too. I will ultilize this strength to go around the world to experience it deeply. I had chances to learn embroider, knit… And I found that I am suitable with work asks for patient character. I think this character is necessary for learning everything and I am applying it in my studying. Your weakness improvement Open the eyes widely by reading newspapers, travelling… Knowledge helps me know who I am in the world. Sleep too much, spend too much time in entertainment,… If I like, I can spend all day doing nothing and the next day comes with many deadlines. It is terrible ! The problem depends on myself so I have to fight against myself everyday between sleeping or not, one more film's chapter or not… I write timetables and try to follow. I try to tend my mind to the bad things can come if I break the timetables. I always believe that somedays I am a good time control person and teach my child how to do this. I set up my own rules: If I finish reading a book in two hours, I will prize myself a cake or if I let myself be attracted by games, comics when I have to do somethings, I will punish myself such as not listening to music, no Internet… It seems to work with me.

Please tell us a specific situation that you made mistake (in working, in daily life), and what did you learn from that mistake.

My Mistake Everyone know that we exist in this life and have impact on people around us. The point is wheather it good or bad. I think I cause bad impact on my younger sister. She is younger than me two years old so we are nearly be each other's friend. We were together nearly all time during our childhood. I love her so much but the way I express my love is wrong. I accept most of her requirements and rarely criticize her faults seriously. I think this makes her not realize when I joke and when I am serious. Self-fish, disobeydient‌ are somes of her badly characters that I think because of my faults. Changing someone is a difficult thing so it is hard to fix my faults. What I have done with my beloved sister - I always regret about it.

What I learnt from my mistake I have to care about everybody around me when I decide to do somethings. I have to be strict in some necessary situations in order not to repeat any similar faults. Because I have enough abilities to realize what is good and what is bad so I will not let myself be effected by badly things.

2. Accountability Please list any positions of responsibility you have held, either within your work experience or at University. What contribution did you make while holding this position? Position held Parasite component

Organization Family

Your contribution My main mission in my family is becoming an obedient child. Most of the time I am. This brings satisfaction to my parents. Is it considered as my contribution? Contribute apparently to the peaceful and cossy atmosphere in my family. Create a little conflict to make everybody understand each others. Do some chores such as cooking (once a day), cleaning the floor (Ten-year experience), washing dishes‌ I love my family very much, so I want to do many things greater than just a little things I listed.

Monitor

High school Class

My caring and enthusiasm to my class's activities. The point was every members acted like me, too. So together, we were a perfect class. I always proud of our class uniform because I was the pioneer who mentioned to create T-shirts for class 's outdoor activites. But there were 29 girls above 37 members in my class, there were many opinions about colors, designs and they all wanted to decide due to their favorites. I had to persuade them to unite in colors, design. Then I went to seek for the shop where received to create our T-shirts. I asked for prices and negotiated the reasonable price. Then I came back my class to collect enough money‌ It was such a long journey! At last, we had our own uniform. There was no argument at all. We looked like each others, we were one and we prouded of being a united class. Until now, we sometimes wear it to remember our beautiful memories about our class. I know that if it were not me, there would be someone took the responsibility for the class's uniform. I was happy very much because it was me, not anybody else. Finally, I can say that I have been a good monitor. In all class's activities, I listened to them, concluded what we should and what we shouldn't, then they decided themselves. Not interfere deeply and took responsibilities for all mistakes in class's activities. I think my leading ways helped my class operate smoothly.

3. AIESEC Understanding 3.1 What do you understand about AIESEC? AIESEC is a global, independent, non-political and non-profit organization operated completely by students. After World War II, there was a big loss of population, including many leaders in offices, factories‌ To recover from war, European countries needed a numberous of executives, managers and leaders. Besides, the War had damaged relations between European countries. To gained business and cultural developments, steps needed to be taken to address this problem. Students from some nations in Europe have established AIESEC to enhance international understanding through student work abroad programs. AIESEC provides

students opportunities to learn in Global environment, practice leadership and join in international intership programs. These opportunities help forge a new generation of leaders well-prepared not only knowledge but also soft-skills to dedicate as much as they can to the world's development. Students from seven nations: Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, the Netherlands, Norway and Sweden came together in March 1949 for the first International Congress of AIESEC in Stockholm. And in the first year of AIESEC's existence, 89 students were exchanged among the member nations. The organization grew exponentially in the following years. In 2008, AIESEC has spread out into 107 countries and territories with over 50000 members envolved. Today AIESEC identifies itself as "the international platform for young people to explore and develop their leadership potential". "Empowering young people for Peace and the Fulfilment of Humankind's potential" is AIESEC vision. I think AIESEC will develop strongly and be the most popular organization of students all over the world. 3.2 What things about AIESEC that make you feel interested in? As a student, who don't like AIESEC? As a student, everybody feel that the studying environment at universities is not enough for them to develop, we want to dedicate something to the social not just bringing books to school like high school students. And the desire to experience exists in every "hot hearts". AIESEC provides all we need but we are not accepted easily. We have to find informations about AIESEC, fill the form, go to the interview, join group discussion‌It is something challenge our spirits. So I think I feel interested in AIESEC is a natural thing. If you need more detail reasons - the first thing is AIESEC is an global organization of students. It means that when I participate in AIESEC, I will have opportunities to make friends with many people and experience many culturals all over the world. This matches my dream of exploration. Furthermore, when I see an AIESEC-er working, I see their profectional styles (excellent English, eloquence skill, ‌). I tell myself: I wish I could be like them. And the only way I know is joining AIESEC! Finally, I can not define what exactly I should do so I need a change now and I hope I can be a member of AIESEC. I want to challenge myself, try to put myself under the pressure of deadlines, many many deadlines - at last to find out who I could be.

3.3 What are your next 5 year goals? And how do you think AIESEC can contribute to your future goals? MY 5 YEAR GOALS

AIESEC IMPACT

Firstly, become a good at eloquencer that could do "left hand job" like PR, marketing… Secondly, travel to most of the provinces in VietNam and three foreign countries at least. Finally, have a job that can earn enough money to present my famlily a trip abroad.

Participate in AIESEC can help me practice speaking skill, especially speaking English skill as well as the ability of representing ideas and getting the audiences' attention. AIESEC provides students opportunities to travel to many places so that I hope I will have enough condition to travel and study with AIESEC. With all of the abilities that AIESEC has prepared for me, I believe that I will have a good job and ultilize my knowledge and skills to contribute as well as earn much money.
