With no midweek fixture next week, our next first team home fixture is on Saturday 24th September when we host Saltash United in the FA Vase Second Qualifying Round. This has the potential to be a cracker of a cup tie so please do come along and get behind The Blues as we look to progress into the First Round Proper. Similar to the Women’s FA Cup, the match will go straight to penalty kicks if the scores are tied after ninety minutes.
Following last weeks goalless stalemate here’s to returning to winning ways this evening, whilst also making it ten successive games unbeaten. Thank you for your support.

This forthcoming Saturday will mark another milestone in the history of The Blues as we travel to Bishops Cleeve, Gloucestershire, for The Clubs first ever taste of Emirates FA Cup Second Qualifying Round action. Should the scores be level after ninety minutes, please prepare yourself for a replay here at Kellaway Park next Tuesday, 20th September. KO 7:45pm. Full details of a replay will be posted on social media.
Last weeks news of the passing of our long serving Queen has I’m sure affected us all in different ways. I was fortunate enough to attend a Queens Garden Party at Buckingham Palace back in 2005 and although I never spoke to Her Majesty, it was a lifetime experience that I will never forget, even though now tinged with a touch of sadness. As the country continues to mourn the loss of Queen Elizabeth II, may I please request that you all show your respect in adhering to the one minutes silence to be held at all football matches and other sporting events both this evening and over the forthcoming days.
Having played our visitors on two occasions already this season, both times at The Mill, it's a pleasure to welcome the players, officials and supporters of newly promoted Torpoint Athletic to Kellaway Park this evening. May I add to this an extended welcome to our appointed match officials Ryan Cornelius, Neil Rudkin and Dave Rowe.
Sticking with FA Cup action this forthcoming Sunday, 18th September, sees the start of Helston Women’s Vitality FA Cup campaign as we welcome Crediton United Ladies to Kellaway Park. KO is at 2:00pm with the tie going straight to penalty kicks should the scores be tied after ninety minutes. Admission is £4 for adults, £2 for Over 65’s and £1 for U18’s. As always your support would be greatly appreciated.
