Ham:m is celebrating a seven years of experience with the neat and intense new collection: Dem. The name of the collection is inspired by the practise that Ham:m has in its own field and would love to share with the users. From lighting to sofas, from chairs to tables, Dem offers a wide range of products. Brand new material, color and forms added to Ham:m family brings a modern touch to your living and working environments.

Design
Design approach of the 2017 collection is based on the idea of creating integrated living spaces. The series with products designed by the whole team references to a collective working principle and notions such as stability and equality.

Material
With a radical decision, Dem Collection adds new tones to solid oak that integrates with Ham:m’s style. Brass and copper details and the contribution of the marble results as highly aesthetic products enriching with the material variation.

Color
Prearranged color palettes are implemented to all products of Ham:m collections. The result is a completed appearance when different products are used together. This strong attitude continues at Dem Collection with turquoise, burgundy, black and grey tones.

Form
The labor and practice of the local artisans together with Scandinavian lines create unique forms with different style and manners. These forms become varied with new collections but keep the basic position stable.

Locality
It’s crucial to be able to collaborate with local artisans and use local materials during design and production processes for Ham:m. All the furnitures are handmade and aim to compose a constant relationship between values of the past and technology of the future.
