We invite you to visit Russia this fall. We will spend 3 days in St Petersburg exploring the Dostoyevsky part of the city, close to his apartment and the market. And 3 days in Pavlovsk shooting in the unique park and pavilions of this historic area. In Pavlovsk the group will stay in the former Small Fortress of Paul I. We will use models/ dancers, for some of the shoots, but also do street photography and photograph local people. OUR DESTINATIONS
INDERØY (Norway): The atmosphere in Inderøy is one that suits the creative mind: beautiful scenery, which together with closeness to the sea, and special light has inspired artists and authors for hundreds of years. Most of our Norwegian bound workshops takes place at SAGA, our creative center located at Inderøy. The center function as a home for our students and instructors, with a spacious social area, hotel standard accommodations, home made meals, classroom, studio, an art gallery and a patio overlooking Borgenfjorden. USA (Maine): Our instructors Cig Harvey and Joyce Tenneson both lives in Rockport, and invites NORDphotography every second year to spend a week in their creative world. We will see first hand where the artists draws inspirations, and how they work in their own environment. OSLO (Norway): is the capital, and the most popu-
lous city in Norway. NORDphotography’s mentor program is held in Oslo, as well as weekend workshops with a selection of our instructors. RUSSIA (St Petersburg/Pavlovsk): St Petersburg, the North capital of Russia is one of the most beautiful cities in the world, often called “the window to Europe”. Pavlovsk, which is about a one hour drive south from St Petersburg, was the residence of the Russian imperial family. Our workshops in Russia is inspired by the iconic photographer and artist Deborah Turbeville, and is a collaboration with Turbevilles long time producer Tanya Yermolayev, who organize our locations, which includes historical mansions, royal palaces, and museums.
