This Tropical Modern Villa carried out the sustainable and green design concept. The use of highly insulated windows and doors serves the big energy holes from inside and outside of the villa and get the efficient air circulation. Software used: Sketchup, Enscape, Photoshop

This villa is designed which accessible for everyone so that diverse users or elderly could feel comfort. The form of universal design could be find in this entrance’s ramp with the least possisble running and wide step stairs to accommodate the widest range of users.

The entrance doors use large wood material and the above of these pivot doors, the ventilation is given to provide the natural air from the outside. After entering the villa, there is foyer and stairs to go to the second storey.

The client wanted a house where they can feel like living in a villa yet in modern style. To fulfill their needs, the style that we would like to apply is Nordic Style. So, the wood material is chosen as the element which proves this efficiency with grace of this interior house.
