Prohibition Night at Le Quecumbar

Prohibition Night at Le QuecumBar By Hanane Zahrouni Ladies and Gentlemen, step right up and witness something you may have never seen, heard or dreamt before. Battersea’s Le QuecumBar is a one-of-a-kind 1930s Parisian inspired brassiere with live music influenced by the thrill of swing and underpinned by the music of Gypsy legend Django Reinhardt. A schizophrenic hybrid of a seedy-chic Moulin Rouge drinking den and New Orleans Jazz club, LeQuecumBar is imbued with an alluring aristocratic flair and unique mixture of atmospheric music and food. Leading on from Mardi Gras season, Le Que is set to transport you back to the hedonistic jazz era of the 1920s by hosting their forthcoming Prohibition Party event with creepy orchestration and original songs in “filthy swing” by The Top Shelf Band. Experience the old-school genre with a modern-day twist whilst swinging the night away with a gin cocktail. Be sure to don your best Gatsby get-up and get ready to get down in the Art Deco surroundings. LeQuecumBar will be awarding prizes for the most snazzily dressed guests. One would almost forget they are in the heart of Battersea… HZ Le QuecumBar Presents: SPECIAL EVENT Prohibition Party @ Le Que & The Top Shelf Band (Check out the band here)
