After one hour, rinse the rice thoroughly and place it in a steamer. Steam the rice for 15 minutes.

Once the rice is steamed, carefully remove it from the steamer and transfer it to a mixing bowl. Add the remaining ingredients to the bowl, and then pour in hot water. Cover the mixture and allow it to rest for 15 minutes.

STEP 4

After 15 minutes, transfer the rice mixture back into the steamer and steam for an additional 20 minutes.
