50 gr tamarind
5 gr lemongrass
5 gr palm sugar
2 pcs bayleaf
2 pcs kefir lime
4 gr bread crumbs

50gr greeted roast coconut
25gr bumbu bali
5gr fried shallot
5gr fried garlic fried chili (optional)

COOKING METHOD
