COMPANY INTRODUCTION
HOUSING PIONEERS The combination of local and international experience and expertise enables us to build homes that compliment Vietnamese family culture, while providing higher living standards.
HOMES FOR EVERYONE National Housing Organization (N.H.O JSC.) was founded in 2012 with a clear goal: to develop and construct homes in Vietna to support the increasing demands for affordable home ownership. We create optimal and sustainable solutions for housing and aimm to be a leader in quality affordable projects in Vietnam.

FAMILIES BUILDING LIVES TOGETHER The importance of a good home cannot be understated. It is a key foundation for families to build their lives together. It is also the origin from which communities and cultures form. As Vietnam rapidly develops, the demand for homes continues to escalate, as does the need for affordable housing, as thousands of families are still living in less-privileged housing conditions. All of us at N.H.O are aware of the reality and have an underlying goal to make N.H.O a positive influence in Vietnam; to provide high uality homes at affordable prices. We are fortunate to have a dedicated team of local and international talent and investors and partners who share our passion. Mr. Kim is a seasonsed real estate developer with over 15 years of experience and a strong background in consulting, architecture, project management and business development in Vietnam, Korea, China, Thailand, Cambodia and India.
Mr. Chung, Ph.D, has been engaged in numerous real estate developments in Korea, Kazakhstan, Philippines, Thailand and Cambodia, before coming to Vietnam in 2015.
Ms. Le is in charge of operations, management, and control of all N.H.O projects. After more than 10 years of experience in local and international real estate developers and 2 years of academic training in Korea, Ms. Le joined the company in order to enhance the life value of the residence community.

Mr. Nhon has graduated from Foreign Trade University, and has experiences with various real estate developers in Vietnam, Taiwan, Korea, and Kazakhstan. With his in-depth knowledge about real estate law, he has been coaching and dealing real estate sales forces for over 15 years.
Ms. Tram has built her career in multi-national corporations which gave her a strong background of tax law, finance, accounting and auditing, as well as high skills in researching, analyzing, and dealing with problems in financial relationships.
Ms. Phuong Anh has gained experience from major commercial projects and residential housing development projects at law firms and real estate companies such as Sacomreal, Khang Dien, and Rajah & Tann. She is specialized in corporate law, M&A, and real estate.

With international expertise and experience in Vietnam’s market with low housing penetration rate, N.H.O provides good quality residential environments at an affordable price.

REAL MOVEMENT Our humble beginning started with a 420 unit development in Da Nang, which earned us credit from authorities, investors and homeowners alike. Seeing the happiness and joy of the homeowners when receiving keys to their new homes was a proud moment for everyone at N.H.O. That moment is what motivates us today and continually drives us to build N.H.O to become the best company we can be.
