Design 1-3

This self guided project was to create a defi ned space with a concept. This was the fi rst time I had learned to incorperate a design concept into my work. I choose to create a defi ned linear wall / datum.

Using 12 rods and 12 cubes that were all handcut and constructed, I defi ned a 3” x 3” cube so that a solid-void ambiguity results. Showing are hand drafts of a 45/45 plan oblique and the common method drawing technique.
