THE CONCLUSION OF YOUR EVENT

Whenever possible, guests should carry their luggage to their car in the parking lot. Those needing to use the driveway in front of the Fellowship Center for loading should observe the following:

1. Guests loading from the front of the Fellowship Center should be quick, keeping their time there as brief as possible, no more than a minute or two.

2. Car doors should be kept closed as much as possible. Open doors block the driveway, forcing the passing vehicles to go on to the grass, which is prohibited.

3. This area is dangerous during unloading and loading and should be watched carefully by the Parking Team.

Final Checklist

Return all traffic vests, flashlights, and traffic wands to the storage bin when finished. If any are low in battery power, please make note of this and mention it to Ben Shumway.

Walk through any areas used for parking and carefully look at the ground - pick up any trash, pens, pins, wrappers, tissue, etc., and all items that are not gravel.

Check for any luggage, bags, or items left outside or in the coat room by departing saints. If anything is found, make sure it is given to the House Host or to the Group Coordinator.
