This architectural design project envisions a dynamic interpretation center on the historically significant demolished site at Taj Mahal Palace in Bhopal. Integrating modern functionality with cultural preservation, the center serves as a nexus for heritage education and community engagement. The design draws inspiration from Mughal and contemporary architectural elements, blending the past and present seamlessly. A harmonious fusion of open spaces and interactive exhibits invites visitors to explore the rich history of the site. Sustainable practices are prioritized, ensuring a low environmental impact. The project aims to revive the cultural essence of the Taj Mahal Palace while providing a vibrant space for learning and reflection in Bhopal.

This architectural design envisions a dynamic and innovative commercial and office complex situated on a 3.2acre site in Jayamahal, Bangalore. Inspired by the graceful and functional form of butterfly wings, the conceptual plan integrates both the commercial mall and office spaces seamlessly. The design fosters a sense of unity and fluidity, reflecting the interconnected nature of modern work and commerce. The commercial mall and office spaces are strategically laid out, embracing the butterfly wing concept in the floor plan to optimize natural light, ventilation, and aesthetic appeal. A striking feature of this design is the inclusion of a skywalk, serving as a symbolic bridge between commerce and corporate activities. This elevated connection enhances accessibility and encourages collaboration while offering panoramic views of the surroundings. The architectural approach not only prioritizes functionality but also embraces a harmonious blend of nature and contemporary design, creating a landmark that stands as a testament to innovative urban planning.

This residential architectural design in Jayanagar, Bangalore, unfolds on a 2.5-acre canvas, ingeniously incorporating a quadrant-of-a-circle concept reminiscent of a sliced pizza. The dwelling seamlessly integrates nature with modern living, featuring strategically placed balcony gardens that not only provide ample sunlight but also offer picturesque views. The circular arrangement optimizes space utilization, creating a harmonious balance between privacy and openness. Each quadrant becomes a private sanctuary, fostering a connection with the outdoors. This innovative design not only embraces aesthetics but also prioritizes sustainability and the wellbeing of its inhabitants, transforming the dwelling into a vibrant and functional haven in the heart of Jayanagar.

04 INTERIOR DESIGN - RUSTIC MINIMALISM
INTERIOR DESIGN | PAGE 23
This interior design project at Acharya NRV School of Architecture transforms the existing architecture block into a dynamic exhibition space seamlessly blending art, architecture, and visuals. The concept embraces rustic minimalism, combining raw, natural elements with a refined simplicity to create a harmonious and visually engaging environment. The strategic use of straight lines and curves plays a pivotal role in defining the spatial dynamics, providing a sense of balance and fluidity. The design aims to inspire creativity and evoke a sense of contemplation, encouraging the exploration of the intersection between art and architecture. By reimagining the interior space, this project not only revitalizes the architecture block but also fosters a collaborative and inspirational hub for the vibrant exchange of ideas within the academic community.
