Born and raised in the small, rural town of Statesboro, Georgia. I am a Landscape Architecture Major at the University of Georgia and have fallen in love with all things Lanscape Architecture! My passion for Landscape Architecture has not only ignited my creativity but also honed my ability to approach challenges with a logical mindset. As I near the completion of my senior year, I eagerly anticipate the opportunities and experiences that the upcoming years will unfold.

The calming ambiance, coupled with the gentle flow of the koi pond and the natural surroundings, provides a space where individuals can unwind or focus on work amidst the soothing landscape.

The Valley - Athens, GA CONCEPT STATEMENT Nestled just beneath the Blue Ridge Mountains, Athens, Georgia often loses its mountainous charm amid the caos of city life. Drawing inspiration from the serene mountains and the enchanting valley below, my design encapsulates the dynamic experience of ascending to mountainous heights and descending into the tranquil valley region.

DESIGN FEATURES The site's tiered design mimics a mountainous landscape, with Tier A featuring a koi pond that flows into the valley, evoking a waterfall effect. As the tiers descend, they showcase regional plants like grasses and flowering shrubs. Geometric diagonal lines mirror the rugged mountain terrain, while scattered seating and

tables invite relaxation or work. A mural on the right wall depicts a serene valley scene, enhancing the overall ambiance.

Power Plaza - Athens, GA CONCEPT STATEMENT Athens, Georgia is a classic city with a rich history, so for this site I wanted to implement an authentically Athens’ story into my design. Harriet Powers was an artist who grew up as a slave in the Clarke County area, but turned her life into a beautiful story of creativity and perseverance. WATER FEATURE PERSPECTIVE

DESIGN FEATURES The design of the site is made up of five different squares, each of which has their own purpose. Square one is the water square, so it has a pool with SECTION ELEVATION A

running water to listen to in the space. Square two and three are both depressions that display unique sculptures. Square four is the nature square, so it has vegetation all around it. Square five is the central axis and is a place to just sit and relax. The mural showcases Harriet Powers’ quilt designs as one final homage to her.

06 She created exquisite African quilts, weaving meaningful stories into each stitch. My design draws inspiration from these quilts, featuring squares interwoven into the larger narrative of Harriet Powers.

According to Camp Hall’s website,“This is said to be one of the largest historical spec build industrial projects within Charleston proper with the Camp Hall Commerce Park Campus 8, the next phase of the larger Camp Hall mixed-use park, equaling more than 1.4 million square feet, according to the release.”This site will be used as the logistics and flex markets and will have access to the proposed boulevard as well as the existing Autonomous Drive.

During my time at Thomas & Hutton, I was given the task of rendering the plan they produced for Camp Hall’s newest edition. I mostly used Photoshop to do the actual rendering, TO SC HWY 27/ INTERSTATE 26 VIA EXIT 187

but I also used Illustrator to make the layout and all the text. I used similar colors from some of Thomas & Hutton’s past projects in order to match their rendering style. I also used a textured brush to draw the trees. For the retention lagoons I used a gradient in order to give it some depth. I also used a texture on the grass and made sure to fade it out for that softer edge.

In order to provide this feeling of privacy, all the neighborhoods have these vegetated berms to seperate any unwanted views. JACKSONVILLE BOTANICAL GARDEN

During my internship at HDLA, a prominent landscape architecture firm, I played a pivotal role in the Jacksonville Botanical Garden project. One of my key responsibilities involved transforming the AutoCAD drawings into visually appealing renderings that brought the design to life. Leveraging my proficiency in AutoCAD, I exported the project files into Photoshop, and then focused on enhancing the aesthetics through detailed colorization. This task required a keen eye for design elements, understanding of the client's vision, and an ability to seamlessly translate technical drawings into captivating visual representations.

Contributing to the rendering phase allowed me to merge my technical skills with a creative flair, ensuring that the Jacksonville Botanical Garden's landscape design was not only functional but also visually appealing. This experience at HDLA provided me with valuable insights into the intersection of technical precision and artistic expression within the field of landscape architecture.

14 I played a pivotal role in a transformative project for a new mixed-use tower in Nashville's Demonbreun Hill district. My responsibilities included designing an inviting open-air pool deck for the seventh floor and a dynamic recreational rooftop space on the twenty-second floor. Utilizing AutoCAD, I crafted the floor plans for these areas 7-104

experience allowed me to merge technical precision with creative design, emphasizing the importance of thoughtful planning in enhancing urban living spaces.
