Definition:

Energy water is considered the best type of water that functions in biological phenomena. It keeps organisms alive. Its structural order is recovered by reconstructing the water molecule arrangement (H2O » H3O · OH), and it is inputted with the information for recovering the natural condition and keeping its biological balance. Energy water gradually recovers the genetic information transmission damaged by the environment at the molecular level within the organism at the DNA and RNA information transmission stage, and restores the organism’s biological functions to their original condition. A type of agricultural energy water, CelGreen Water, is a liquid manufactured by adding an inorganic substance, which a plant can easily absorb and use, to energy water, which is produced after water passes through various volcanic rocks with inorganic components such as SiO2, Al2O3, CaO, Na2O, K2O, and Fe2O3 and emit far-infrared radiations, diverse volcanic rocks, and magnetites that produce magnetic fields.

Crop yield increase:

Energy water invigorates soil microbes that are useful for crop growth, and stimulates biological activities needed for such growth. Thus, it increases the productivity of microbial agent. In addition, as the guaranteed ingredients that are reinforced with (added to) the nutrients, which are required for crop growth, are supplied in a balanced way, energy water improves the crop quality and yield, guarantees that the crop will meet high agricultural product quality standards, and increases the farm income.

Disease emergence suppression and natural healing:

Energy water fertilizer supplies water and nutrients suitable for cell functions, performs catalytic functions that control the immune system of a crop to prevent it from being susceptible to diseases, and suppresses disease emergence on the crop. Furthermore, the fertilizer helps construct a healthy environment inside the crop to overcome pathological environments, restores the crop to its normal state, and strengthens the reparative power of nature. Reduction and dissociation of the toxicity of agricultural chemicals: When energy water is used, the toxicity of agricultural chemical ingredients weakens or never appears. There could be two reasons for this. The water molecule structure of energy water is H3O·OH, not H2O; therefore, toxicity may not appear at all, as the H3O·OH structure can be combined with the chemical structure of a certain agricultural chemical ingredient, or can create a chemical structure that has an entirely different toxicity. Energy water produces a great number of Pseudomonas that dissociate crops from the toxicity of agricultural chemicals. Therefore, if energy water is supplied to soil, pesticide residue problems can be solved. Once an agricultural chemical is sprayed on soil, it will remain in the soil for a long time due to its own half-life. When energy water is supplied to improve soil, the half-life of the agricultural chemical ingredients themselves will be reduced. As such, the toxicity problem due to agricultural chemical residues can be solved, and the soil will naturally recover its reproductivity.

How does energy water improve the vitality of soil microbes? When soil is inoculated with common microbial agents that are sold in markets, the effects that appear in closed systems such as artificial media are almost not produced in real soil. However, if energy water is injected into soil, the water will maintain the soil system and form a defensive immune system that tends to keep its endemic characteristics in a given environment. Therefore, energy water inoculation accommodates the variable characteristics and complexity of soil and is thus friendly to the soil’s natural state, unlike when external microorganisms are injected. Energy water also produces superiority in the competitions among the microbial agents and helps demonstrate the vitality of endemic soil microorganisms without a loss.

A strawberry nursery bed was soaked in CelGreen Water at a rate of 2000:1 before it was properly planted. After its proper planting, the strawberry was foliar-sprayed with CelGreen Water (2000:1) three times a day. The results of the observation of the growth after four weeks showed that the roots more actively developed compared with those reared according to the conventional rearing practice.

The roots that absorbed soil ingredients, i.e., the deep roots and rootlets, were significantly well developed, and the sugar content appeared about 1.2 Brix higher than that of the roots grown according to the conventional rearing practice.

Rhizosphere microorganisms refer to a microorganism cluster that lives around the roots of a plant and benefits the plant. They have many useful mechanisms. Their antibiotic mechanism, which is the most important in biological controls, makes the plant unsusceptible to diseases by vitalizing its immune functions. In the inducible resistance mechanism, rhizosphere microorganisms not only induce comprehensive plant resistance against various pathogenic bacteria but also increase the plant yield by vitalizing the growth stimulation function of the plant body. The comparative analysis of the microbial flora reared according to the conventional rearing practice and those treated with CelGreen showed that the rhizosphere microorganisms were mostly produced at the CelGreen Water treatment plot. As the aforementioned mechanisms were applied to the plot, the nutrients accumulated in the soil were smoothly absorbed, and therefore, the salt injury problem of the soil was solved.

LPS forms soft and sticky sugar content membranes to protect itself from the host attacks. Therefore, the sticky membranes protect the plant from pathogenic bacteria invasions. When cultivating crops using CelGreen Water, the rhizosphere growth-stimulating microorganisms that induce resistance, fluorescent Pseudomonas, are greatly produced. If seeds are treated (soaked) using energy water, i.e., if they are adapted to energy water, induced-resistant rhizosphere bacteria are generated and settled, and produce resistance substances in the young roots, which penetrate and translocate from the root to the aerial part of the plant. Then such substances reduce infections due to the pathogenic bacteria invasions, and enable farming without agricultural chemicals based on environment-friendly biological control.

In the case of pepper crops, the crop yield frequently decreases due to serious damages caused by tobacco budworms. However, such damages are not found in pepper fruits cultivated using CelGreen Water. Inside a plant body, Ca is involved in cell elongation, cell division, enzyme activation, and plant hormone reaction, and consists of the cell wall. Therefore, the Ca deficiency damages the cell membrane permeability; causes difficulties in preserving the proliferate chemical compounds in the cells; lets such compounds be leaked through the membranes; leads to the collapse of the cell membrane structure; and provides the causes of the deterioration of the distribution quality because of the difficulties in preserving the crops. However, CelGreen Water-cultivated crops always have higher Ca contents, which enable the crops to be stored for a longer period, and are advantageous in maintaining quality. The reasons are as follows.

1. In CelGreen Water-cultivated crops, the microorganisms that stimulate rhizosphere growth are activated and induce the plant growth hormone, wherein Ca plays the role of a messenger in inducing the plant growth hormone. 2. The root cells, which were adapted to energy water from the start of their growth by soaking the seeds in CelGreen Water, are effectively used with the Ca-absorbing mechanism. 3. The Ca contents of most plants are genetically controlled. In CelGreen Water-cultivated crops, the Ca availability is genetically controlled so as not to be affected by the Ca concentration of the root medium. Therefore, it never becomes deficient.

Most actinomyces belong to the Streptomyces genus, generate streptomycin that performs antibiosis, and make crops less susceptible to diseases. Actinomyces, a kind of microorganism that promotes the decomposition of organic matter, plays an important role in promoting manure decomposition into inorganic substances. As the use of CelGreen Water greatly increases actinomyces, energy water is applicable to organic farming considering the reality of South Korea’s agriculture system, wherein organic farming, which uses compost as a source of organic matter, is popular.

CelGren Water produces antibiotic substances and protects the roots by eradicating pathogenic bacteria invasions. Actually, Pseudomonas genus microorganisms can decompose the agricultural chemical ingredients in soil. General Opinion on Microorganisms: The conclusion was reached that CelGreen Water greatly multiplied useful microorganisms. Among the useful microorganisms, antibiotic microorganisms (actinomyces, bacillus, and Pseudomonas) and antagonizing microorganisms (plant growth-promoting rhizobacteria) were greatly produced. Therefore, induced resistance to diseases was produced at the roots, penetrated into and translocated to the plant body, i.e., transmitted into the plant body, in order to make the aerial part of the plant body less susceptible to diseases and to stimulate the plant’s growth. In particular, pepper farms where the soil was sprayed with CelGreen Water during the soil enrichment [12,000 pyeong (about 39,700 m2), Eumseong area] showed zero occurrence of Phytophthora capsici, contrary to the not-sprayed farms [3,000 pyeong (about 9,920 m2), Eumseong area] where an epidemic broke out fully. This is attributed to the proliferation of bacteria that can prevent an epidemic from obstructing the penetration and translocation of such bacteria from the root to the aerial part of the plant. If CelGreen Water can prevent pepper anthracnose, pepper can be cultivated 100% agricultural chemical-free. The Field Agricultural Farming Research Center at a new outdoor demonstration farm has succeeded in growing pepper without using agricultural chemicals.

After the foliage of a plant that was withering was sprayed with CelGreen Water, the cells with young growing points were reproduced and their growth actively progressed. Therefore, cucumber was harvested during an outbreak of powdery mildew disease. In a real farm, the cucumber crops were almost withering as agricultural chemicals were sprayed on them in a high-temperature season, but their growth normalized after CelGreen was sprayed on them. This is attributed to the treatment and recovery of the damaged cells by energy water.
