Determining Value

Pricing your home with regards to today’s market requires research and up to date knowledge. I pride myself on staying on top of today’s market, as do all of my colleagues at Marketplace Sotheby’s International Realty. Before going to market, I will personally tour all active listings in your area to help determine the best listing price. I will also stay on top of the market by performing the following:

• Feeding the Northwest MLS directly to my phone hourly. • Seeing an average of 15 homes weekly. • Presenting a Quarterly Market Report on our vast sales region keeps me up-to-date on the performance of each micro-segment of our region. • Preparing the most detailed market analysis possible to compare your property to similar properties.

Open Houses

Even though homes are increasingly viewed online, we believe it is important to hold open houses. Doing so allows the public to experience the feel of your home. We also recommend debuting homes on ‘broker’s tours’ so local real estate agents can fall in love with your home.
