Lead times: Lead times may vary dependent on the fabric choice and availability. Identity Furniture will acknowledge customer orders with a projected delivery date. Orders that are missing any required details will not be confirmed until all details are present.

.Export Identity Furniture is a UK company who proudly export worldwide. Identity Furniture endeavours to accommodate all export enquiries. Our basic Export guidelines are as follows: • All export goods are exempt from VAT. • The customer is responsible for all import duties. • Standard export terms are pro-forma payment prior to despatch unless otherwise agreed with Identity Furniture. • Our ordering process is the same for export and UK customers. • Prices will be quoted in Sterling and Euros and are based on ex works unless otherwise agreed. • Identity Furniture is able to provide prices delivered to the port of your choice, please contact our customer service team for this option.

Specification: Dimensions of our furniture are approximate and although every care is taken in ensuring accuracy, Identity Furniture cannot be held responsible for variations. Identity Furniture reserves the right to make, without notice, any changes to the materials, specifications and design of the products which it considers to be reasonable or desirable. Such changes shall not affect the validity of the contract. Identity reserves the right to amend or change the pricing structure within this publication. Fabric Specification: All identity Furniture products are manufactured to the highest standard but due to the characteristics of some fabrics the final appearance and finish of the product may be adversely affected by the fabric specified. Where a material specified for a product which may have properties that do not meet the necessary requirements, the Identity customer team will contact you regarding any potential issues. If you decide to proceed with the fabric, Identity Furniture cannot be held responsible for issues directly relating to the fabric.

.Guarantee Warranty: Identity Furniture warrants that its in-house manufactured products are free from manufacturing defects in the materials or workmanship for a period of five years subject to the products being used for the purpose for which it has been designed. Exclusions to this warranty include but are not limited to deterioration or failure due to normal wear or tear, variation in natural materials, other manufacturers, products supplied by Identity Furniture, furniture that has been reconfigured by personnel other than those approved by Identity Furniture.

.Terms and conditions 1. All orders are accepted exclusively by Screentek International Ltd, registered office Screentek, Chapel Lane Business Park, Chapel Lane, Coppull, Chorley, Lancashire PR7 4NB, (“The Company”) the Terms and Conditions of Sale as stated herein. Unless agreed in writing by The Company, any variations to these Conditions by the Customer of The Company (“The Buyer”) shall be ineffective. 2. The Company shall not be bound by any order until it has formally acknowledged The Buyer’s order in writing via email. 3. All contract prices are published in The Company’s Retail Price List or individual prices negotiated with The Buyer and are subject to amendment or withdrawal prior to contract without notice. All prices are exclusive of VAT which will be levied at the prevailing rate. 4. The contract price is that shown in The Company’s acknowledgement and may not be altered other than at the decision of The Company. 5. All goods will be charged at the price ruling at the date of invoice. This will be confirmed within The Company’s Order Acknowledgement. 6. In the absence of any agreement to the contrary, which must be confirmed by The Company in writing, all invoices must be paid within thirty days from the date of the invoice. Sums overdue will carry interest at 5% over the base lending rate for the time being of Barclays Bank Plc, until payment has been received in full. 7. All deliveries are made to The Buyer’s premises at ground floor entrance only and adequate assistance to off load must be provided by The Buyer. Deliveries may be made in instalments should the need arise. 8. A surcharge will be levied amounting to 5% of the net value of the goods ordered with a minimum of €120 if a delivery is refused and must be redelivered or if delivery is requested by the Buyer for outside normal business hours which are 0900 to 1730 Monday to Friday or when delivery is requested by the Buyer to other than ground floor. 9. Delivery does not include unwrapping, positioning or installation. 10. Risk of damage to or loss of the goods shall pass to the Buyer at the time of delivery or when The Company has tendered delivery of the goods. 11. Notwithstanding delivery and the passing of risk in the goods, or any other precision of the Terms and Conditions, the property in the goods shall not pass to the Buyer until The Company has received in full the price of the goods and all other goods agreed to be sold to the Buyer by the Company for which payment is then due. 12. Until such time as the property title passes to the Buyer, the Buyer shall hold the goods as The Company’s fiduciary agent and bailee and shall keep the goods as separate from those of the Buyer and third parties and properly stored and protected and insured and identified as The Company’s property. Until that time, the Buyer shall be entitled to resell or use the goods in the ordinary course of business, but shall account to The Company for the proceeds separate from any monies or whether tangible or intangible, including insurance proceeds, and shall keep such proceeds separate from any monies or property of the Buyer and third parties and, in the case of tangible proceeds, properly stored, protected and insured. 13. Until such time as the property in the goods passes to the Buyer, The Company shall be entitled at any time beyond the agreed payment terms to require the Buyer to deliver up any goods to The Company and, if the Buyer fails to do so forthwith, to enter upon the premises of the Buyer, or any third party where the goods are held, and repossess the goods. All costs incurred by The Company will be charged to the Buyer. 14. The Buyer shall not be entitled to pledge or in any way charge by way of security for any indebtedness any of the goods which remain the property of The Company, but if the Buyer does so, all monies owing by the Buyer to The Company shall (without prejudice to any other right or remedy of The Company) forthwith become due and payable. 15. The Company’s catalogues, price lists and other advertising material shall not form part of any contract between The Company and the Buyer. 16. All dimensions shown in The Company’s catalogues, price lists and other advertising material are approximate. 17. No liability will be accepted in respect of damage or shortage for any delivery unless notification is received by The Company within three days of delivery of goods. Notification can be via email or fax transmission. The Company’s delivery notes endorsed “unexamined” or similar will be taken to imply that the goods were received in good condition. 18. The Company will not be liable for any consequential or indirect loss suffered by the Buyer whether this loss arises from a breach of duty in contract or in tort or in any other way. Neither party shall be liable for a failure or delay in performing its obligations where it is caused by a force majeur event. 19. Should the Buyer not comply with these Terms and Conditions, The Company reserves the right to cancel or suspend an order and the Buyer shall be liable for the costs of work completed and expenses incurred by The Company. 20. Orders cannot be cancelled unless by agreement with The Company and upon payment by the Buyer of a cancellation charge equal to any loss sustained by The Company. 21. Any drawings, designs or samples etc. given by The Company in the course of quotation or during or after the order remain the property of The Company and may not be used by a third party without previous written authority from The Company. The Company reserves the right to make changes to the specification against those demonstrated in the samples. 22. These Terms and Conditions of Sale shall be governed by and constructed in accordance with English Law and proceedings in relation to, or to the goods, shall take place in an English Court appointed by The Company.

Identity Furniture can provide soft-seating upholstered in these fabrics, however neither the fabric manufacturer or Identity Furniture recommend and therefore guarantee such items. Identity Furniture define the following products as soft-seating: Unos, Bowman, Nestle and Nest.

Alternative suppliers: Identity Furniture is able to supply fabrics from other manufacturers including Kvadrat, Bute, Gabriel, Crest, Yarwood and Andrew Muirhead. Prices for alternative fabrics are available upon request. Customer supplied fabrics: Customers are also able to supply their own fabric, there will be €180 patterning charge for creating templates and customers must supply 2m per chair and 5m per soft seat in order to create templates. We will confirm the suitability of the fabric and then process the order on a standard lead time.
