SONKIM’S HOUSE Interior design for rental apartment clusters with customer segment criteria, reflecting the spirit of the investor’s brand in the product. COMPETITION
A building that achieves the proposed economic efficiency is always the main goal. When considered from a macro perspective, it optimizes density, saves traffic energy, and the urban area will have many waterproofaspects. Recreate the urban cycle. That is why the journey of Sustainable high-rise buildings become endless and require muchresearch and discovery. It is also one of the important keys tosustainable urbanism.

COMPETITION PROJECT
The goal of the competition is to research the B.I.M process and experimentally practice one stage of this process, going from the initial idea generation stage to the structural implementation stage. Finally, consider the energy forecast for the building.
