APPLICATION TIMELINE SUBMISSION DETAIL MAIN JOB DESCRIPTION APPLICATION QUESTIONNAIRE
Hey, how do you do! First, thank you for the courage opening application. Being LCP is not that easy job to do, but it is great opportunity to learn as well as the best way to change yourself. Even though, there will be times that you feel as if you want to cry, or disappointed by the things that you can't do as a LCP, it is worth noting that there are people who have faiths in you such as your EB team and your LC members. Most importantly, if you beat the hardest thing you'd face during your LCP journey, which is not letting the people who believe in you down, you will get the greatest feeling as your members become your dynamic motivation. Lastly, fight yourself and beat yourself, because you are the only enemy of yourself. Even if the sky falls down, sing a happy song. Even when there are million reasons to drop a single tear, just wipe it and fight back hard! Only you are the one who can be the HOLDER of your destiny. Sincerely, Unubold Dagdan President of AIESEC in MUST
It is my sincere greeting to the National plenary of AIESEC in Mongolia. Working as a Local Committee President is not easy-peasy, it is a challenging role yet remarkable. Throughout my AIESEC journey, I had several turning points that definitely changed me to be the better version of myself which is my LCP experience for sure. In my entity, I see everyone is an emerging leader who Mongolia needs. But there are always LIMITATIONS and FEAR within them that holding them back doing something GREAT. In order to break through, we need lifechanging experience that definitely shape who you want to be.
If it does not challenge you, it won’t change you! Sincerely,
Suvdaa Naidansuren President of AIESEC in NUM
Dear Brave leader, It is my honor to open up this application for those who are daring to take a step ahead and challenge themselves on this "thrill ride". I still remember the day I got elected as President of AIESEC in UFE. To be honest, I finally comprehended only the glimpse of what I have gotten myself into, when people I don't even know started to congratulate me for my election victory. Since then, I've been living my own achievements and challenges that teach me what it really means to be a good leader for my entity. Looking back to past 7 months as a president, things were not always sunshine and rainbows. Among all these ups and downs, I had the hardest time choosing whether I should be that one who decides and takes charge of everything as a leader, or that one friend who always be there and just supports everything. Consequently, none of them worked, and the right answer for me was actually the ultimate combination of both. Taking the next step in AIESEC is always a bold decision - requires lots of deliberation, sacrifice, dedication, and commitment. Though, what I find really astonishing about this organization is that as long as you’re determined to push yourself for more, AIESEC gives you the opportunity to unleash that hidden potential within you, be better version of yourself on every step you take ahead, and last but not least, empower others with the same possibilities you’ve got from AIESEC. I really hope you’d find this experience as fruitful as I did, or make it even better in your own way. Wish you the best, and enjoy the process. AIESECly yours, Munkhbayasgalan Delgerbat President of AIESEC in UFE
