The Hydroponic Production Planner is a professional role specialized in the management of the hydroponic system of each local hydro-base. In particular, he deals with the organization of the production process of fruits and vegetables, from seedling to the harvesting, and the management of the cultivation scheduling, in order to plan it according to the citizens food demand. Since the hydroponic is a highly automated type of cultivation, the HPP’s fundamental task is to continuously monitor and control the greenhouse’s conditions through the sensors data. Indeed, it is important that the environmental conditions (like the climate temperature, the nutrients of the water, the heat of lights remain constant and favorable for facilitating the plants growth
