Professional Experience Apr - Dec 2013 / Ateliers Jean Nouvel, Paris, France / Intern • Worked in 3D team on large scale projects, for instance, the office tower complex in Philadelphia, the art village campus in Qingdao, and the Philharmonic in Paris. • Responsible for developing design, preparing drawings and renderings for study and presentation in different phases. Winter 2013 / Coop Himmelb(l)au, Vienna, Austria / Intern • Cohesively worked in several competition teams, projects including the convention & exhibition center in Changsha, the mixed-use in Prague, and the tourist resort in Changsha. • In charge of 3D modeling development, facade panelization by grasshopper, CAD drawings, diagrams, and physical models. Summer 2011 / Sou Fujimoto Architects, Tokyo, Japan / Intern • Collaborated with project architect in the exhibition of emergency shelter, started from material study and concept advancing to model developing, presentation drawing and rendering. 2009-2010 / Ministry of National Defense, Hsinchu, Taiwan / Second Lieutenant • Serviced at Recruit Training Unit of Reserve Command, MND. Led 200 recruits, helping them adapt to the army life, familiarize with military tactics, and do physical training. Summer 2007 / Old Farmer Landscape Architecture Corporation, Shanghai, China / Intern • As a design assistant in the project team and was in charge of site planning, design development, and construction details. • Completed a design proposal of the industrial office building roof garden by working closely with the team, and did research for program organization and material selection.
