High & Herlarious

March is Women’s month and we want to honor the women of the sketch comedy team called “HERlarious Bones”! We write and produce our own sketch show that we stream via YouTube and various platforms. The best part is we are all ladies and I’m honored to be part of the team. Take a look at all “HERlarious Bones”!!!

Together these ladies bring laughs with their Woman Empowerment sketches and what makes it so fun to me is the general team’s appreciation for cannabis. We incorporate a lot of our daily lives in our writing and our chemistry is undeniable. I think I speak for a lot of us when we say that creativity is enhanced when we ingest cannabis. I have no problem playing that stoner girl and rep for the culture. Breaking barriers and taboos, the Herlarious Bones are definitely setting the mark. Being able to shift from performing live at sold out shows to then going virtual due to the pandemic and still being able to bring the laughs, shows how badass the HERlariousBones are. That’s why I had to make sure I show my appreciation to them and all the other Herlarious Cast-mates we’ve had the pleasure to work with during Women's Month.

SO WHY DO WE ENJOY CANNABIS IN OUR CREATIVE WORLD. HERE ARE SOME OF THE STONER BONE’S REPLY:

It releases inhibitions yet brings my creative OCD to the surface all at once

Black Rose:

I’m funny but on cannibas I’m stupid funny and I love it. It’s like the comedy flood gates open as soon as I take the first toke.

Rachel La Loca:

In my head, MJ creates an herbal safe space for my comedy. After smoking a fat one, the only thing with a filter was that joint.
