Bring on the sun and warmer weather of Spring after a cool & wettest winter in a while. Although the weather hasn’t co-operated the property market is still holding exceptionally strong with extremely low stock levels across most suburbs in the Adelaide Hills and huge sale prices achieved through strong competition. Spring is usually more active with available properties, will this year be the same? Only time will tell at this stage with what we are predicting a lower level of sales than the previous years predominately due to the covid19.
