SUMMER MARKET Wrap Up With summer coming to end we see the market really starting to heat up once more. With record low levels of stock available and record high level of buyers in the market, we continue to see house prices in the Adelaide Hills increase. We continue to see a steady flow of interstate and overseas buyers returning or wanting to call the Adelaide Hills their new home, largely driven by lifestyle changes, remote work conditions available and affordability in comparison to other areas within Australia. This trend doesn’t seem to be slowing down for at least the next 6 months, a federal election due in May would typically see the market slow down slightly, it’s unsure if that will be the case this year.
