AUTUMN MARKET Wrap Up This Autumn has brought a few interesting moments in the real estate landscape, overall the market has been performing very well. This Autumn has seen the first interest rate rise decision handed down by the RBA in eleven years, as I’m sure you’ve heard! At this point in time, the market has begun to ‘normalise’ with a steady stream of properties coming onto the market and slight decrease in buyer activity. What we are seeing in the marketplace now is that properties of a high calibre in great locations are being rewarded with strong sale prices still, exceeding expectations by over $100k. We are still seeing most properties on the market achieve the top end of their range or just over. It also seems there will be a consistent supply of new properties to market over the coming Winter months. - Sam Oborn
