We will liaise with your chosen conveyancer to supply them with the relevant contractual documentation so they can begin the property transfer process. Once your Cooling Off period has passed we will require you to pay your nominated deposit Your sales consultant may have already provided you with the deposit payment details, however if you are looking to pay today you can contact office on 8389 7900 for payment instructions. WHATTOEXPECTONSETTLEMENTDAY

The week prior to settlement your sales consultant will be in touch to advise that the settlement date has been booked in. They will also arrange a time for you to meet with them at the property to hand over keys if applicable.

Settlement can take place any time after 11am on the day of settlement It is for this reason that most key handovers take place in the afternoon If you are moving from one property to another on the day, please be mindful of this time when booking in your removalist We are unable to hand over keys until we have received advice from your Conveyancer that settlement has taken place.

Occasionally things happen that are out of anyone ’ s control and settlement can be delayed. Rest assured, we will keep you up to date and do everything we can to help negotiate this process if it arises If yo i th i t i ti f ttl t l b Sale
