Nicole Andrikonis Personal Assistant Nicole Andrikonis has worked in customer service, in particular beauty, for over 20 years. Previously Nicole worked as a salon manager and trainer in Prestige Beauty Salons across Sydney and Hobart which twice earnt the National Best Salon Award. In her role as a trainer Nicole received the Victorian, Tasmanian, South Australian Salon Manager and Trainer of the Year Award.
Armed with her qualifications of Diploma - Beauty Therapist and Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, her passions lie with a genuine gift for helping people achieve the best result possible.
A great communicator with broad, wide ranging experience, Nicole joins her husband Jason Andrikonis to form an unstoppable real estate duo.

Ever since the Harcourts Foundation was launched in August 2008, Team Harcourts throughout Australia have been raising money to provide support that helps, grows and enriches their communities.
The Derwent Valley Autumn Festival was an idea conceived by two Derwent Valley councillors who wanted to build greater social capital for the local community. With the community having gone through a depressed period for a number of years, they felt that a ‘vehicle’ was needed to give expression to the positive aspects of the Derwent Valley.
A chance discussion on a breakfast show in Gosford in the late 90’s, led to the establishment of a unique communitybased fundraiser. An initiative which has changed the lives of thousands of Australian children and their families throughout Regional Australia.
Within eight years, we reached the significant milestone of raising nearly $4,000,000 globally for our local communities. This huge achievement is one of many milestones that the Harcourts Foundation is sure to reach in the years ahead.................................................... After a parking station refused to accept 5 cent pieces as payment, the question was asked on-air, “what are 5 cent pieces good for?” A listener phoned in and suggested “why don’t we collect all those useless 5 cent pieces – then donate the money to the Children’s ward at the hospital?” So they did!
