Prior to his commencement in Real Estate, Damien obtained a trade certificate in Horticulture and worked in the Brighton and Southern Midlands municipalities for many years. This knowledge, combined with having lived in the Northern Suburbs of Hobart for almost all his life, gives him an exceptional understanding of the area and all it has to offer. In conjunction with his successful Residential Real Estate career, Damien was recently asked to join the Landmark team; specialising in properties over 100 acres. Nick Machin Personal Assistant | Property Representative Nick has recently started working for Harcourts Signature Northern Suburbs as a Personal Assistant to Damien Hollingsworth. Nick is excited to follow his passion in the real estate industry. Nick grew up in the Northern Suburbs and has lived in the area for most of his life. He attended St Virgils College from years 7–10, Elizabeth College for year 11 & 12 and studied at the University of Tasmania for 12 months in 2018. Outside of work, Nick spends most of his time playing shows with several bands as a drummer.
