LIGHT GREY/CHARCOAL SUEDE The Bristol is our most advanced vulcanized style to date with priorities on performance and comfort. We designed an entirely new fit to improve foot support, and reduce fatigue. The upper consists of seamless suede in high-wear areas, breathable mesh, and wide gauge perforation in tongue for maximum breathability. Introducing Lakai’s PARA-MOUNT™ outsole technology which utilizes dual density rubber that provides extra cushioning to absorb high impact. The soles Hex-Tread Design provides 360 degree flexibility for increased board feel and maximum grip. For extra comfort the Bristol features our new DELUX-LITE™ premium foam sock liner designed with a deep contoured heel and increased arch support.

The Fremont’s technology-packed silhouette takes Lakai’s XLK™ cupsole technology to a new standard. Utilizing technology found in running footwear, this two-piece outsole consists of skate-grade rubber and a compression molded foam cage midsole. The upper has an easy slip-on four-way stretch collar and LUX-LITE™ sockliner for additional comfort and support. The Fremont concentrates on performance and comfort without having to sacrifice style.

Hard Luck Manufacturing began with a drawing that Mark Gonzales gave to Jason Jessee, and has evolved into one of the heaviest teams of skateboarders that all share a passion for cars, motorcycles, surfing, hauling ass, and eating shit. Hard Luck and Lakai pros Riley Hawk and Raven Tershy embody that mentality to its core. Our most recent collaboration has been focused around them and their mindset for general destruction. This collection consists of custom colorways of the Griffin and Riley, as well as a full range of cobranded soft goods made to “Go Fast.�

Like Stevie’s skating, his debut pro model, the Flaco, was designed with style and ability in mind. This silhouette can withstand heavy amounts of skating due to its CO-BOUND™ rubber-backed suede ollie area, while its subtle branding and unique toe box give it a clean look on and off the board. Featuring a LUXLITE™ sock liner for extra comfort, a mesh tongue for extra breathability, and a vulcanized sole for maximum board feel. The Flaco is truly a shoe equipped for skateboarding.

Porous Walker lives and works in Northern California. Growing up in St.Louis he always dreamed of moving to San Francisco to skate the giant hills he saw in videos. One day his dream became reality and he moved into a garage in the mission district. Within a few days he had bombed several hills in the Diamond Heights area of SF and even saw Mark Gonzales pumping gas once. Everything was great until while bombing a hill he was hit by a taxi cab and shortly after moved into a houseboat in Sausalito where he turned to drawing risqué comics during recovery. He then moved to Napa where he continues to share his perverted works with the world. A true professional pervert.
Lakai has partnered with the highly esteemed artist, Porous Walker, on a capsule collection featuring classic and custom illustrations from the man himself. Porous’ sophisticated sense of humor makes its way across the canvas of the Owen VLK™ and Daly, as well as a full range of softgoods, featuring subtle to outlandish designs for each person’s particular taste- as long as that taste is nudity. The Owen VLK™ features an exciting custom artwork collage on a pristine white canvas upper. To contrast the Owen, the Daly features a minimally branded white textured suede, with custom breasts emblazoned on the interior lining of the shoe for those who prefer a classic look, but also like to live a bit dangerously. Lakai is proud to introduce the Porous Walker Professional Pervert Shoe™.

The EVO is Lakai’s premier After-Skate model. This shoe has been built specifically for post-session relaxing. The EVOs upper is constructed using our highly breathable FLAREKNIT™ multi-woven, one-piece upper, while its unbelievably lightweight outsole reduces air friction while trying to put one’s feet up. The grippy rubber contours the outsole with flex channel accents to give the shoe superior flexibility. Topped off with a premium memory foam sockliner, the EVO has become Lakai’s most comfortable shoe to date.

Being on tour and looking down to see the entire team wearing the Staple was not an uncommon occurrence. We have refined this icon to meet modern day performance standards, while retaining the heritage aesthetic. The Staple has been revamped with a vulcanized construction, updated Lakai branding, and a full suede upper. Its unique silhouette stands out against all skate models on the market. Fifteen years later, the Staple has once again become a team favorite.
