THIS ELEMENT OF FREEZING LIFE BECAME THE MAIN PREMISE OF THE DESIGN, THIS IDEA ALLOWED FOR THE FURTHER INVESTIGATION INTO DEVICES WITHIN ICE, WITH THE FURTHER RESEARCH INTO ICE CORES AND THE INFORMATION THAT IS STORED WITHIN, HOLDING ATMOSPHERIC DNA WITHIN LAYERS OF BUBBLES WITHIN ITS DEPTHS OF ICE. THE RONNE ICE SHELF BECOMES THE IDEAL LOCATION OF THE PROJECT, LOCATED WITH THE BRITISH ANTARCTIC REGION, ALLOWS FOR THE DESIGN TO FOLLOW BRITISH REGULATIONS WHILST ALSO FOLLOWING ANTARCTIC REGULATIONS. THE SCHEME FOR THE TREASURY MAINLY FOLLOWS A DESIGN ETHOS DERIVED FROM ITS LOCAL WEATHER CONDITIONS. ALLOWS FOR THE TREASURY TOWER AND FIELD TO WORK AS SAFE AS POSSIBLE. ADAPTABILITY IS WHAT DRIVES THIS SAFE MANOR OF DESIGN. QUICK AND SIMPLE CONSTRUCTION AND INSTALLATION IS ALWAYS ANOTHER DRIVING FACTORS THAT THE TREASURY UTILISES, SHAPING AND EVOLVING THE DESIGN TO BE CONSTRUCTED OFF SITE AND INSTALLED ON SITE, THESE ARE THE MAIN DRIVING FACTORS FOR THE TREASURY SCHEME. THE SALT EXTRACTION SYSTEM, WILL USE THE SALT WATER OF THE OCEAN. EXTRACTING THE WATER, FILTERING AND ALSO DESALANATING THIS WATER, ALLOWING FOR THE FUTURE PROCESS OF SAVING THE ICE SHELF TO OCCUR.
THIS WILL BE MAINLY DONE BY, REMOVING SALT FROM THE WATER AROUND THE MELTING AREAS, ALLOWING TO THE FREEZING TEMPRETURE TO BECOME 0 DEGREES, FROM THE -2 DEGREES FREEZING TEMPRETURE OF SALT WATER. THE PROCESS WILL OCCUR USING DEPLOYABLE ROVERS THAT CAN ANALYSE THE ICE, AND LOCATE WHERE THE SHELF NEEDS REPAIR. THERMAL SNOW SKIN AS MENTION PREVIOUSLY THE TREASURY USES ITS EXTENSIVE EXTERNAL FRAMEWORK TO CAPTURE THE SNOW IN THE WIND. THIS BUILDUP IS CREATES A THIRD LAYER, IN THE SUMMER THIS LAYER IS REMOVED, THIS DONE BY SPRAYING BRINE (SALT WATER) TO THE BACK OF THE FROZEN LAYER. THIS MELTING THE SNOW, FREEING THE OLD LAYER FOR THE NEW LAYER THAT WILL GROW IN THE WINTER MONTHS.
TRACK AND LOCK THE MOVEMENT OCCURS THROUGH A TRACK AND LOCK MECHANISM, THE TEETH IN THE RAILING STOPPING THE PODS FROM SLIPPLING FROM THE TRACK.

POD VERTICAL MOVEMENT THE BUILDING PODS ARE ALL ABLE TO MOVE IN THE Z AXIS, THIS ALLOWS FOR NOT ONLY THE QUICK INSTALLATION OF THE BUILDING NETWORK, BUT ALSO ALLOWS FOR ADAPTABILITY DURING HEAVY SNOWFALL AND WINDS. THE PODS DURING EXTREME WEATHER CONDITIONS LOWER TO GROUND, PROTECTING ITSELF AND ITS USERS.

FOLLOWING THE ANARCTIC TREATY, NOT MATERIALS ARE LEFT IF THE BUILDING IS REMOVED, ALL EXCAVATED AREAS CREATED FOR FOUNDATIONS WILL THEREFORE BE FILLED WITH DISTILLED WATER, ALLOWING THE SURFACE TO REFREEZE.
ALL ELEMENTS OF THE BUILDING ARE ALSO BUILT IN THE UK AND SHIPPHED TO ANTARCTIC, AND INSTALLED ON SITE.

THE FIRST STEP TO CONSTRUCTING THE SCHEME IS TO INSTALL THE LARGE TREASURY TOWER, THIS BEING A MODULAR SYSTEM ALLOWS FOR A QUICK AND EASY INSTALLATION PROCESS. THIS ONLY OCCURING WHEN THE EXACT SITE LOCATION IS DETERMINED. THIS IS DONE MAINLY THROUGH UNDER ICE SURVEYING. ONCE EXCAVATED AND THE PILE FOUNDATIONS ARE PLACED, THE REMAINING AREAS OF EXCAVATED SNOW AND ICE WILL BE REPLACED WITH WATER, ALLOWING FOR NATURE TO NATURALLY REINFORCE THE TOWER.
JUST LIKE THE TOWERS THE OVERWATCH BUILDINGS ALSO HAVE A SIMPLE INSTALLATION MEATHOD, THESE BUILDINGS, ARE PREFABRICATED AND SHIPPED TO SITE, IN 5 PIECES, ONCE THE CORE IS PLACED IN THE ICE, THE BUILDING IS ABLE TO BE PULLED UP THROUGH TENSION AND A CABLE SYSTEM.
ONCE THE MAIN BUILDING ELEMENTS ARE INTRODUCED TO THE SITE, THE WIND FARMS ARE THEN PLACED, ALLOWING FOR NATURAL GENERATION OF ENERGY. PRIOR TO THIS, LOCAL GENERATORS ARE USED TO POWER UP TOOLS ETC.THE TURBINES THEMSELFS ARE ALSO SHIPPED TO SITE, WITH AN ON SITE QUICK INSTALLATION GUIDE, THESE TURBINES ONLY REQUIRE BOLTING IN PLACE.
STEP 4: THE TREASURY ROVERS AND TUNNELS THE ROVERS AND TUNNELS WILL BE FLOWN ONTO THE SITE, THESE ROVERS COMING AS PREFABRICATED ELEMENTS WILL BE READY TO START WORKING FROM DAY 1. WHILST THIS IS OCCURING THE TUNNEL SYSTEM WILL BE QUICKLY INSTALLED ON SITE, THROUGH THE MODULAR DESIGN, THESE TUNNELS WILL SIMPLY BE PLACED ON THE ICE SHELF AND NATURALLY BE COVERED BY THE FALLING SNOW. BUILDING TRANSPORTATION
THIS LAST TWO ELEMENTS MARKS THE END OF THE FINAL SCHEME CONSTRUCTION SEQUENCE.
THE INITIAL BUILDING BLOCKS WILL BE DELIEVERED BY SHIPPING VESSALS, ONCE LANDING ON THE ANTARCTIC RONNE ICE SHELF, THE SHIPS CONTAINING ICE ROAD TRUCKS WILL HAUL THE BUILDINGS ACROSS THE LARGE PLAIN TO THE SITE. ONCE THE MAIN TOWER IS ERECTED, AND THE AIRSTRIP IS FUNCTIONAL, OTHER SCHEME ELEMENITS WILL BE FLOWN IN.

BUILDING VENTILATION VENTILATION FOR BOTH THE SUMMER AND WINTER MONTHS IS THE SAME, ALL OF THE BUILDING ELEMENTS USE A STACKED VENTILATION APPROACH. THIS MAINLY THROUGH THE CORES OF EACH BUILDING POD AND CORE. THE ICE CORE STORAGE POD, USES BOTH A STACK AND A CROSS APPROACH, BUT DUE TO THE WALLS BECOMING COVERED WITH SNOW, THE CROSS APPOACH IS ONLY TEMPROARY.
