A team that intends to continue investing in the cross country specialty, as it is doing for over ten years, convinced that is possible bring to the success several young athletes. The Team will be composed primarily of five Under23: Lorenzo Samparisi, Mattia Setti, Stefano Valdrighi, Gioele Bertolini and Alessandro Naspi. The crew will be deployed at the start of the most important XC races in Italy, with ambitions of victory, and at all the stages of the UCI World Cup, seeking an international comparison necessary for the growth of its young bikers. Once more, Northwave, famous Italian brand at the top of the market of road and offroad cycling, will supply and support the activities of Merida Italia Team with its products. In particular, riders will rely on the race shoes Extreme Tech MTB Plus, one of the most light and performing footwear in offroad universe, on Extreme socks, on Skeleton gloves and on rest shoes Trend and Spider 2.
