The Moon and the Star It was a whilst ago my Mama died My sis and I, we cried and cried but in our hearts we knew it was time for her to leave earth and light up the sky. When she passed, a star appeared right near the moon, gentle whispers we could hear, “Kitty, it’s so good to see you again.” Then the moon smiled and the star twinkled bright As they danced in the heavens all through the night. Joyful cries filled our hearts knowing Mom & Dad were no longer apart. By: Denise & Darlene

R aquel Bosch Brito is a spunky, enterprising young lady. She is a strong supporter of women,

I also started creating events for women so they can simply have a good time, remind them how important they are, and how much their families, communities and the world appreciates them.

Raquel is a licensed cosmetologist in the state of Florida. Here is a bit of her story, “I have lived in many different states so I know many people from various cultures and backgrounds, allowing me to have a variety of looks and ideas for your benefit. I enjoy Beautifying by bringing out your best features, I will make you feel flawless! Due to my experience with many brides, models, and everyday women I know just what you need to make you look and feel Beautiful. I love what I do and I do what I love, this allows me to be consistent in my work.
Due to my own experience I realized how difficult it is to get along with our mothers so I created Mother- Daughter events so that they can bond and become closer even if its for a couple of hours, those memories last a lifetime. I surround myself with people who are positive and I take all the good things I learn from them and try to share in my events. This years’ theme is Beautiful Warriors. I see each one of you as a warrior that has to remain beautiful in the midst of all the negativity and hard times that come our way. I want you all to know that we admire you and that you are a Beautiful Warrior we encourage you all to keep fighting to remain happy, to teach your families, and help your communities because we all look up to you.
