The natural soy candles and melts from Harmony Farm Candles do just that. Adding ambiance to gatherings (of one or many!) while enhancing the season’s celebrations with scent, moments are made better when they’re delightfully fragranced. Our hand-poured, small batch products are crafted with absolute care to bring pleasure and coziness wherever they’re used. The candles and melts offer a charming aesthetic that fits in well with a variety of décor styles. And they’re ideal for gift-giving!
The Harmony Farm Candles line offers a wide range of fragrances. Year-round collections are Citrus, Coffee Shop, Floral, Fresh & Green, and Rugged. This year, the Fall and Winter Collections feature 10 scents for plentiful options. Our collections are curated with thought towards performance, current fragrance trends and classic scents that never go out of style. If you don’t already have a wholesale account with Harmony Farm Candles, please fill out the stockist application here first. I enjoy learning more about your business to determine if we’re a good fit for each other! Orders are placed by completing the order form that accompanies this catalog and sending it via email (harmonyfarmcandles@gmail.com) or mail (404 S. First St., Mebane, NC 27302). Orders in the body of an email are also welcome as long as they 1) clearly outline the types/quantities of products, 2) meet all minimums, 3) include complete contact information and re-sale number.
Opening order minimum: $150 Re-order minimum: $100 Minimums per fragrance and container are listed in the wholesale catalog and on the order form. To qualify for the re-order minimum, your most recent order must have been placed within the last 12 months. Orders that don’t meet this criteria must be for at least $150.
Payment is due prior to shipping or at the time of delivery for local stockists. Company checks, Venmo, VISA, MasterCard, Discover or American Express are welcome. Please make checks out to Harmony Farm Candles. Square is used to process all credit card transactions and an email invoice will be sent to complete your order.
Email confirmation for your order is sent within 2 business days of placement. Included in the email will be a shipping cost quote and expected ship date. During the year—except for fall and winter—stock of jelly jar candles and melts is usually on hand and ready to ship within 5 business days of order placement. Travel tin, zinc and milkglass jar candles are custom poured to order. If your order includes any of these candles, shipping occurs within 7-10 business days. During fall and winter, please place your order at least 10 business days in advance of the desired delivery date to account for the high volume and longer lead time of the seasons. If your order is needed quickly and in a shorter timeframe than outlined above, you can request a rush. For 50% of the order’s total price, jelly jar candles and melts will be shipped within 3 business days; travel tin, zinc and milkglass jar candles will be shipped within 5 business days.
Shipped orders travel by insured USPS Priority Mail with tracking in the lower 48 states. The tracking number for each box is sent by email upon shipment. Harmony Farm Candles is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Shipping is generally 20-30% of the order amount. Shipping quotes prior to order placement are happily provided with your zip code. See the attached shipping fact sheet for more information. Free local delivery is available within a 15-mile radius of Mebane, NC. This includes Burlington, Elon, Graham, Hillsborough and Saxapahaw. Delivery within 16-30 miles of Mebane is $30 and
includes Carrboro, Chapel Hill, Durham and Greensboro. This delivery fee is waived on orders of $350 or more. Order pick-up is also available at 404 S. First St., Mebane, NC 27302. Please email harmonyfarmcandles@gmail.com to arrange a pick-up time.
Since all orders are insured, should any damage occur, please file a claim directly on the USPS website for reimbursement. USPS requires photos of the damaged item(s), the box’s tracking number and proof of value from your invoice. We do not currently offer a buy-back policy or accept returns. Please keep this in mind, especially when ordering seasonal products.
The locations of potential stockists are carefully considered so as not to oversaturate any one particular area. While at this time geographic exclusivity is not offered, be assured new stockists are selected who are not within overly close proximity to existing partners.
Tea light samples of all scents are available. Please request them via email at harmonyfarmcandles@gmail.com. Up to 15 samples can be sent for $7.50 (the cost of shipping). Tea light samples are also included with every shipment so please let me if you’re interested in a particular scent when ordering!
All Harmony Farm Candles products are available for private/white labeling if you’d like to customize the packaging to sync with your business’s branding. Candles and melts are sent without the Harmony Farm Candles labeling so you can customize them exactly to your liking. Labeling area specs for each container are available upon request. Custom or exclusive scents are not available at this time.
