STUD INDEX A special feature of the Guide is the Stud Index at the front of the book. The Index will comprise the Stud Name and contacts, names of stallions, a brief summary (approx 40 words) of the farm’s facilities, history and location, farm logo and a photo of the farm. (refer to sample below)

The Stallion Guide is circulated in hard copy to around 5,000 registered breeders who have been active in recent seasons direct by post, and thousands more through race track offices and breeding organisations Australasia-wide. Additionally, the Stallion Guide is now produced in a electronic interactive version that is available on all social media platforms too reach further audiences. For this years addition, we are pleased to include QR codes for each advertiser to further promote their stallions.
HOW DO I PLACE AN ADVERTISEMENT? Please return the booking form enclosed to sales@hbv.org.au by 5PM Friday, 25 June. A contract outlining all terms, conditions and details will be provided and this must be signed and returned with a deposit paid by Wednesday, 14 July for your booking to be confirmed. Enquiry about advertising or the Guide should be directed to Maurice Hanrahan sales@hbv.org.au To release your booking, the signed contract, along with a payment equal to at least 25% of the booking invoice, should be received by HBV no later than 5PM Wednesday,14 July. Please note that a payment policy applies to all bookings - all outstanding accounts must be settled before new bookings can be confirmed, and any advertiser with any Stallion Guide invoices outstanding (in full or in part) must pay for any 2021 bookings in full up front.
