2016 has started out of the gate at a record pace. Some of the highest priced sales for Emerald Bay properties have been achieved along with some of the rare trophy locations being offered for sale for the very first time. 2016 has also been a record year of accomplishment with sales in excess of $60 million. Earlier in the year, the 2015 Wall Street Journal and REAL Trends, Inc. released “The Thousand”, a report recognizing me as one of America’s top 250 residential real estate agents based on average sales price. It is an honor to be ranked again as one of the top agents nationwide. On a personal note, this year marks my 11th consecutive year competing in the USA Open Volleyball National Championships which were held in May of this year in Orlando, Florida. 2016 represents my 9th time on the podium as a National Champion and my sixth consecutive USA Open National Championship. A cherished honor that could only be achieved by a total team effort from each and every one of my teammates. GO USA! There are many exciting things ahead in 2017.
