We took great effort in using as much of the original structure as possible to keep it as original as possible. For example, the lumber that was unusable was replaced by logs from the same type of wood and from the same time period as the original. Color schemes on the inside were professionally color matched to be brought back to what the rooms would have looked like in its prime. Although the structure has been preserved to be as close to the original as possible, modem conveniences such as electric, plumbing and CHA have been added as well as the best insulation money could buy.
