2. Product Processing:Our products go through the following processing stages: 1. In India availability of Good quality of human hair is not easier one. So we pay advance to brokers (agent) throughout the country. We offer special price for curly, long hairs to our agents. 2. After the hair is collected, these are sorted on the basis of their quality. 3. After sorting, these hairs go through the following hygenic wash process. (a) Detergent washing (b) Shampoo Washing (c) Natural Science Washing (d) Conditioning the hair We maintain health and quality in all our range of human hair. Because Germany customs have very very big issue with the hair. Distribution House individual Countries Distribution center Countries DC to State DC State DC to our Distributor, Cities Wholesaler, retailer, Saloon owner or Mart (if anybody have). This is how it will distributes and by that we will also takes the Order on weekly basis.
b. How we will have this kind of market? This is the main Question. We will have this Kind of Market slowly slowly but till December we will grab maximum of Countries. We will hire some free lancer and some of good sales executives who are Our employee, that means they will Have the advantages of being our Employee. Sales Executives will have the 15 days targets I mean they will have to add some Distributors, Wholesalers, retailers, Saloon Owners, mart owners, free lancer and some time End buyers also.By adding them and having Weekly Order we have to pay him/her. And Whoever they add to our brand they will have the discounts as per their order quantity Same like the free lancer. Here free lancer will have some profit from their added clients only, No addition means no Profit.

7. What is the Mrp of individual hair product :This is the Main Point of the Product, what is the Cost we have to make for our clients and what are the Profit margins we have. How we shares the Profits, How can we minimise the Cost. Here are the Answers of all the Questions.
a. The first thing which Minimises the Cost is that we have will have the Manufacturing house here in India. Because Of Cheap and expert labor. b. We will Provide you the Hair via Indian Post or the Chepest one in bulk quantities only.
c. We will make the invoice value very low so that very low amount of custom Duty.
d. We will give you the Hair on our factory rates Where no expenses and profit added.
Now we have the Hair in the main Distribution point, With our factory rates and having very low invoice value. Now for the mrp we both have to add our average monthly expenses in our Factory rates now Add Our Profits Margin approximately 30-35% and will make out our mrp. Your Monthly Expenses + our Monthly Expenses + Factory rates+ Custom Duty + Shipping cost = MRP
Now when we decided our MRP then after sale we both will devide our Profits and we will save some of our profit for expansion of our Future Projects.
8. Management:Here this is the things where we will see our Profits coming or Not, our slabs towards our Distributors, wholesalers, retailers, Saloon owners, mart owners and individual buyer. We will manage the manufacturing thing here in India and there you will manage all the sales things in your Office. So that after the end of one month we can telly our Quantity and Net profits.
