Design of the SHOWER area explained! The planning of the shower area in a sports park involves thoughtful consideration of various aspects to ensure functionality, hygiene, convenience, and comfort for users. Here's a breakdown of the planning process: 1.Space Allocation and Accessibility: The first step is determining the appropriate space for the shower area within the sports park. It should be conveniently located near the sports facilities to allow easy access for users. Adequate space is allocated to accommodate the expected number of users without congestion. 2.Layout and Design: The layout is planned to optimize the use of available space. Dividing the area into individual shower stalls or communal shower spaces depends on the preferences and requirements of the park's users. Each stall or area should have enough room for movement and should provide privacy while allowing for efficient use of space. 3.Hygiene and Maintenance: Hygiene is a critical factor in shower areas. The design includes features such as proper drainage, easy-to-clean surfaces, and appropriate ventilation to prevent moisture buildup and minimize the risk of mold or mildew. High-quality, durable materials resistant to water damage are used for construction to ensure longevity and ease of maintenance. 4.Amenities and Facilities: The shower area is equipped with essential amenities such as showers with temperature control, benches or seating areas, hooks or shelves for storing personal items, and mirrors. To enhance the user experience, some facilities might also provide hairdryers, soap dispensers, and towel hooks or dispensers. 5.Accessibility and Inclusivity: Planning considers the needs of all users, including individuals with disabilities. Design elements like grab bars, non-slip flooring, and accessible shower stalls are incorporated to ensure inclusivity and compliance with accessibility standards. 6.Water Conservation: Efforts are made to incorporate water-saving fixtures and technologies to promote sustainability. Installing low-flow showerheads and faucets helps in conserving water without compromising the shower experience for users. 7.Security and Privacy: Safety measures, such as adequate lighting and possibly a monitoring system, are put in place to ensure the security of users. Additionally, the design ensures sufficient privacy within the shower area to make users feel comfortable while using the facilities.

BRICK-WORK. Exposed brickwork in design offers several advantages that can particularly complement the ambiance and aesthetic appeal of Nashik, a city known for its historical significance, cultural richness, and architectural diversity. Here are some reasons why exposed brickwork could be great for design in Nashik: 1.Heritage and Character: Nashik is steeped in history, boasting ancient temples, forts, and structures. Exposed brickwork in design resonates with this historical narrative, adding character and a sense of heritage to modern constructions. It harmonizes well with the city's existing architectural fabric. 2.Climate Suitability: Brickwork has insulating properties that can help regulate temperature, making it suitable for Nashik's varying climatic conditions. It can keep interiors cooler during hot seasons and offer warmth during colder months, providing comfort to occupants. 3.Aesthetic Appeal: Exposed brickwork brings a rustic, raw, and earthy charm to spaces. In a city like Nashik, where tradition meets modernity, this aesthetic often complements the cultural vibe. It adds warmth and texture, enhancing the visual appeal of interiors and exteriors alike. 4.Versatility in Design: Brickwork offers versatility in design. It can be incorporated in various architectural styles, from contemporary to industrial or traditional, allowing for flexibility in adapting to Nashik's diverse architectural landscape. 5.Durability and Low Maintenance: Brickwork is known for its durability and requires minimal maintenance compared to other materials. This aspect is beneficial in Nashik, where buildings need to withstand seasonal changes and weather variations over time.

The planning of a physiotherapy clinic involves careful consideration of various elements to ensure a conducive and effective environment for patients' rehabilitation and well-being. Here's an outline of the key aspects involved in planning such a clinic: 1.Location and Accessibility: Selecting a convenient location with easy access for patients is crucial. Proximity to public transportation, parking availability, and a central or easily reachable location within the community are essential factors to consider. 2.Space Design and Layout: The clinic layout should prioritize functionality and privacy. Dividing the space into distinct areas such as reception, treatment rooms, exercise areas, and administrative sections is essential. Treatment rooms should offer privacy while maintaining visibility for supervision and safety. 3.Treatment Rooms and Equipment: Each treatment room should be equipped with necessary physiotherapy tools, such as treatment tables, exercise equipment, modalities like ultrasound or electrical stimulation machines, and other specialized tools specific to different rehabilitation needs. 4.Waiting Area and Reception: A welcoming and comfortable waiting area is crucial. It should be spacious, well-lit, and equipped with seating, reading materials, and possibly educational resources related to physiotherapy. The reception area should be efficiently designed for administrative tasks, patient check-ins, and scheduling appointments. 5.Accessibility and Safety: The clinic should comply with accessibility standards for patients with disabilities. Adequate safety measures such as non-slip flooring, handrails, and proper lighting should be in place to ensure patients' safety during their visits. 6.Hygiene and Sanitation: Maintaining high hygiene standards is paramount. Incorporating features like easily cleanable surfaces, proper ventilation, and sanitation protocols ensures a clean and sterile environment to prevent the spread of infections. 7.Technology Integration: Implementing electronic medical records (EMR) systems for patient records, appointment scheduling software, and tele-rehabilitation capabilities can enhance efficiency and patient care. 8.Staff Facilities: Consider providing a dedicated space for staff to take breaks, hold meetings, or complete administrative tasks. A designated area for continuing education resources can also help staff stay updated with the latest developments in physiotherapy. 9.Patient Privacy and Confidentiality: Ensuring patient privacy by soundproofing treatment rooms and providing confidentiality in patient information handling is crucial for building trust and compliance with healthcare regulations. 10.Aesthetic and Comfort: Incorporating pleasing aesthetics, soothing colors, and comfortable furnishings contributes to a welcoming atmosphere that aids in patient comfort and relaxation during treatment. By meticulously planning these aspects, a physiotherapy clinic can create a conducive and professional environment that supports patients' rehabilitation and well-being while facilitating the efficient delivery of physiotherapy services.

Interwoven Harmony: Embracing Unity in Shared Spaces In a space where echoes softly play, Ensnaring all within its sway, A tapestry woven of unity's thread, Where souls entwine and paths are led. Within this realm where walls converge, A sanctuary born to urge Connections deep, in heartfelt ties, Where bonds grow strong 'neath endless skies. Encircling arms of a welcoming space, Where silken whispers find their place, Encouraging hearts to freely speak, Amidst the stillness, bold and meek. In this embrace where spirits blend, Bound by grace that time won't rend, Eyes meet eyes, and thoughts take flight, Conversations dance in gentle light. A space that entangles, yet sets free, A haven where minds roam carelessly, Where differences dissolve in air, And unity thrives without a care. Amidst these walls that gently sway, The fabric of life finds its way, Connecting souls, hand to hand, In a space that helps us understand. For in this tapestry, woven so fine, Lies the essence of human design, A space entwined, where hearts align, Fostering unity, a treasure divine.

Elysium situated along the banks of the GODAVARI River Elysium, a concept rooted in ancient mythology, transcends its traditional narrative to find resonance in the modern city of Nashik, weaving a beautiful theory of an idyllic realm within its urban landscape. In the heart of Nashik, Elysium takes shape as a metaphorical sanctuary—a serene haven where the ordinary converges with the extraordinary. It is not a physical place but rather an embodiment of an ideal; an ethereal essence that permeates the city's ethos. Nashik, known for its cultural richness, historical significance, and natural beauty, mirrors the essence of Elysium in its own right. Amidst the bustling cityscape, Elysium emerges as a conceptual haven—a space that transcends the ordinary, offering respite and enchantment to its inhabitants. Elysium in Nashik is not confined to a particular location; instead, it manifests in various forms across the city. It materializes in the tranquil ghats along the Godavari River, where spirituality meets serenity, inviting moments of introspection and peace. In the vibrant markets and alleys, Elysium whispers through the laughter of locals and the vivid tapestry of culture. It's found in the heritage sites that stand as a testament to the city's historical grandeur, inviting visitors to immerse themselves in tales of bygone eras. Elysium in Nashik also unfolds in the lush vineyards and scenic landscapes that evoke a sense of tranquility and awe. It's present in the harmony between nature and urbanity, offering a balance that soothes the soul. This conceptual Elysium acts as a beacon, inviting Nashik's inhabitants and visitors alike to pause, reflect, and find moments of bliss amidst the vibrant rhythm of city life. It's a reminder that amidst the chaos, there exists a harmonious space where one can connect with oneself and others, where beauty and tranquility intertwine. Ultimately, Elysium in Nashik transcends mere physicality; it's an intangible essence that resides in the collective consciousness of the city—a symbol of peace, beauty, and the pursuit of a harmonious existence.

ROADWAYS Plan highlighting the road to the vehicular circulation for the entire site, The three main entries to the site are also annotated.

STREET VIEW Night view showcasing the beauty of the structure that is reflected on its surrounding space.

PEDESTRIAN WAY. Pedestrian path elevated from the main road ways with the furniture zone offset for the streets which will provide more then enough spaces for the street furniture to placed with adequate space enough to nor get it overlapping with the footpath.

STREET VIEW The furniture zone provided aids the people walk more o the foot path instead demotivating them to walk on the foot path , its an observation that if the foot path is disturbed by any sort hen the people avoid walking on the street and therefore leading to more of accidents due to not an updated proper planning. In my design the way or path ravelled by the users on the foot path is not once disturbed by vehicles or any street furniture and will henceforth bring my people to stay more on foot path.
