Background

Liberty Harbour North is located hald mile west on the northern bank of Hudson River. It is an 80-acre brownfield site in Jersey City and provides a panoramic view of the Manhattan Skyline and the Satue of Liberty. Currently, the land is not put to an optimum use with lot of empty parking lots. The redevelopment plan proposes to make a network of small city blocks, making it aethetically pleasing as well as functional neighbourhood. The plans is a start for “NEW URBANISM�
