SETTING THE SCENE
After earning consecutive straight-sweep victories over NJIT this past Sunday, the Hartford volleyball team returns to the court on Wednesday to take on conference foe Binghamton in a doubleheader inside of the Hartford Volleyball Gym. Match times are set for 1 p.m. and 6 p.m.
Posting a match-high four service aces in the second contest against NJIT this past Sunday, freshman Kaleigh Fitzgerald led the Hawks with five total aces in her collegiate debut last weekend

Hartford leads the America East in blocks per set, with 2.17 through its first two matches. The Hawks recorded a total of 13 blocks in the doubleheader against NJIT on Sunday, with freshman McKenna Reiswig and senior Brittany Braun leading the way with eight blocks apiece. Averaging 1.33 blocks per set, the duo is tied atop the America East in the category.
